He's a support for swarming rallies and garrisons. You need 8.3 marches hitting a target to have the effect from one extra march hitting that same target with his expertise skill. Not very hard maths going on. 12% extra damage for everyone hitting the target. Also, reducing the garrison or rally skill cycle is really great. You won't get significance in 5v5 duels or in the field and ball fights because those targets already melt if there's 5 marches hitting them.
Idk why players are complaining, specifically main CAVs, now can relax and spend heads on other marches to get stronger instead of stacking heads only on CAVs. And now also you know that Navesky will survive for another two years

Like on my main I haven’t invested in Nevsky, but I did on my alt Nevsky probably gonna still be the best Cav commander until the next Cav release which is crazy cause he’s 2 years old. For me I think the the 5v5 duel is not enough to be the baseline of this test. Because once you lose a march you're losing the +12% more damage on beli expertise so it's kinda inconsistent for this reports unlike in a real murder ball when you have more people surrounding an enemy march or flag you will always benefit for that +12% more damage.
So if I maxed nievsky and joan is 5/1/1/1 since trying to get her higher doesn't jump much other then her last skill so who would my second cav march be huo with?

Archers should've the most damage(5) of all while only having average defense(3), hp(3) and slower move speed(2). Infantry should be more tanky, having Attack(3), defense(5), health(3) and move speed(3) and lastly Cavs should have an average attack(3) a bit weak defense(2), health(3) and insane movespeed(5).

Beli have very very niche role , his debuff only applies to single target!! Cant be primary commander unless you carry ark or farm killing, till now we did great swarming flags so that 690 scups doesn't worth that lil bit results , better wait for other commanders to come out .. just big no
bruh belisarius is not for one vs one . beli is good for us assassin player kill lowest health player and end them and run that is how it work . also he is good on ark .
He's as good as nevsky, joan, and huo. That's not bad, it's just not an upgrade. If you're a garrison swarmer, he's probably an important player in getting burns.
Bruh he literally had a testing stream up 15 minutes before beli came into the game, then tested and basically concluded that he was trash 1 hour after reset. You can only blame yourself really which non whale maxes a comm before testing
