I’ve been showing support for Palestine on my channel but now I’m educating myself on both sides. I understand Cleo’s intentions but she really needs to understand that her encouraging to spam others comment sections, letting her discord mod ban all Israelis and Jews (which btw not all Israelis are Jews), and like people criticizing her and telling her how to actually spread awareness to this genocide are zionists Is wrong.
Even though I feel like spreading awareness on the topic is completely needed, bringing it up on videos that don't have to do with the topic is not a very good thing in my opinion. I feel like kimaru, another gachatuber did a much better job of spreading awareness of the topic, she gave lists of information and made her own comunity post about it! :D
I’m pretty sure in early December last year, I saw one of her viewers say that they’re from Israel. She told them “womp womp” and hearted every reply that told the viewer to, basically, go die. It disgusts me, and I could’ve made a video with screenshots, but I didn’t want to and still don’t want to get involved in drama. 😕
It honestly bothers me so much that she keeps bringing political matters into a kids game community where you make chibi characters and make videos with them. Where is the association between gacha characters and politics??
I ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH THIS. For pity’s sake they are GACHA RANTERS, not news reporters. Also a bit of a correction for 1:41: It isn’t a war, it’s a genocide ^^;

Y'all just expect the IDF to do absolutely nothing while Hamas barges through the border and discriminately massacres civilians
the thing is that the gacha community is mostly just minors, like 13 year olds. its good to be spreading information of the genocide in palestine and what to boycott but at the end of the day majority of minors cant even donate anyway, so instead of harassing gacha creators to speak out (which is honestly a waste of time) its better to spread educational and beneficial resources so people can stay informed
I’ve shared some posts from other creators with resources related to helping Palestine, which I probably should’ve thought about both sides before doing so. I’m glad that Cleo is raising awareness even though she may be putting her own life and family in danger, but however they’re times where she raising awareness in the wrong way such as generalizing, encouraging spamming, etc. I think Cleo is right to defend Palestine but however it’s best if she gets all the facts from both sides and also think about how to properly approach the topic before sharing it to her gacha channel or whatever kind of social media platform she has. I heard about some platform that lets people donate for free with clicks.
I've never liked her I never understood why or how so many people supported her and so many people sucked up to her and just supported her by disrespecting anyone with a different opinion
