Shownu deserves so much love. I feel like he's really underrated in Monsta X, like the least popular member. Almost to the point where he's underappreciated. Since he's so humble and selfless, he always puts the members first so they can have their shine; however this causes him to take a backseat in everything. Which, I'm sure he doesn't mind since you can tell he's just genuinely happy to be apart of Monsta X. Even now, after all this time, I still see people disagreeing with him being chosen as leader. Even his title as main dancer is questioned a lot. It's also pretty rare to see any comments about him under videos, unless he's being compared to someone else in the group. Maybe it's just my bias speaking, but sorry for the rant. Just had to get that out.

However, if they were truly Monbebes, it should be pretty clear why Shownu's the better leader. I even saw on Twitter that during their concert in Japan he got the least amount of cheers. Like, I understand everyone has a bias but who doesn't cheer for each member equally during a concert?

That is why people are requesting that in concert that we cheer for all members instead of ur bias only. He does not do fan service like the other members in his grp so people prefer other members than him. it is just his quiet and shy character that he does not know how to express himself well other than korean. A survey done on monbebe amino for world wide on who ur bias is, it was revealed that he is rank 7 in the grp.
