I can’t see spending $10 million with not one view from the master suite windows. I get that it’s New York but regardless of the beauty of the apartment I would keep searching.
Now THIS is what I call a luxury home. Simple, classic, and refined. You can by the finishes alone they took pains to make even the smallest features stand out. The layout is quite nice, fitting for both family function and individual privacy. The price can seem high, but considering the location this is priced quite well actually. Although it wasn't shown in the video, the actual building looks stunning from the outside and has an alright selection of amenities inside as well. I am curious about how many residents are in the building, because that could elevate the exclusivity of the building.
Nice home wish it had more colour especially to the bedrooms so much of the apartment is creme so sterile needs a bit more colour the staging isn't helping. What are the amenities to the building is never mentioned like a pool or parking.
I love when he given these tours . He’s just calm, cool and collected and explains every detail without trying to cram a sale down your throat. They should keep him.😄🫶🏽😄
For me, the appeal of this channel was that it was focusing on British houses and apartments, that are more suited for Europeans. But lately main focus is on mega mansions in America, Dubai and i do understand that you maybe see it as channel growth, but for me, if i want to watch some bullshit selling realtor from Manhattan i would go and watch Ryan Serhant. At least put Tom and Jasmin so they can enjoy as a "little guy" and convene that experience to us.. (as i assume bossmans Mat and Summer are busy), not some american idiot saying beautiful 100x.
New yorkers really living on top of each other, crazy that 10 mill isn't even enough to buy you some privacy, 100 apartments got a front row seat to your bedroom lol
Well that is what's fashionable now, ur welcome to be as unfashionable as you want (no offence), but rich ppl usually have pretty good taste. I like it, I think its very peaceful.
What you call white and colorless, I call classic, timeless design. You can always add color later in the form of accent decor, accent pillows, furnishings and/or art. I do agree with you about the bathrooms though. Every bathroom shown here is perfect, but I always see these houses with more bathrooms than bedrooms, I don't understand why. I can understand one additional bathroom if you are holding a party or for guests to have a powder room. But every place overdoes it with all the bathrooms.
What privacy? You are over looked from every window. Thank god there is not a window in the bathroom 😂😂😂😂 Who buys these over priced apartments ? High service charge and no mention of parking 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
The views aren't the best, but this is an amazing apartment. Classic, warm and cozy.
Absolutely beautiful! Love the brightness with many windows and clean white palette. Far more than I could ever afford.
Beauty in simplicity
Short,detailed and sweet!
Simple yet lovely interiors

It's nice but not for $10M
don't forget about monthly Maintenance/Common Charges $17,251
What is the location?

They can’t even afford windows in the bathrooms 😒
It's a cookie-cutter design. There is nothing unique about it albeit still quite nice
Wow I have been in that building’. Madison Ave Distinquished neighborhood
Beautifully designed living room. .
He keeps saying beautiful views but all I see is apartments so close all around.
$10 million,18k monthly maintenance, and probably 6k on monthly taxes, That's 500k a year on carrying cost
It's a co-op so the monthly maintenance includes the property taxes
Thank you for the Info
Really tasteful 😊❤
Great house 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Very Nice!!
VERY NICE

What does he mean when he says that it is for any type of lifestyle, what types of lifestyles are there?
This mansion is amazing.
I don't think you know what a mansion actually is 🤭
why did they leave that gap on top of the cabinets it looks unfinished

He's American, this is a British Channel. Judging from how much ur comment makes sense, I'm guessing ur American too.
The secondary bedrooms are quite small for this price.
No lo vendería? me gusta me lo quedo.

It's a nice but expensive apartment. Not so sure about the amazing and beautiful views though.
Noticed when you showed the MS BR the views are of another building. No homeowner would want to pay 10m for that view
$10 million and nowhere to park the boat??
I'd love to know what the neighbours think.
로라와20명아들 과 살던 집 맞네요
For 32 millions I would rather buy a castle
designedbyai AI fixes this. $10,000,000 New York Apartment

Αυτό το σπίτι είναι όνειρο
Empty, sterile, boring.
New yorkers really living on top of each other, crazy that 10 mill isn't even enough to buy you some privacy, 100 apartments got a front row seat to your bedroom lol
This price is non-sense… and there is not Even a private pool😅
산다라박 머리 근본 넘친다
Too much white and colorless for me. Also, who needs that many bathrooms?

It’s adaptable and classic style. So you can add in the colour. Particular individual styles are harder to sell.

Having a bathroom in each bedroom and a half bath for visitor use is pretty standard for new builds. That’s not an excess, it’s just comfortable.
First!
What privacy?

Yawn 🥱
Meanwhile surrounded by peering neighbors’ windows all around….takes fishbowl living to the next level… 🤭🥸
