The Rockets best chance was last year. They had the right defensive guys who stood around and shot 3's.
That's Harden ball. Pick me up on defense then when I pass give me the assist. That's how Harden wants it. This year however these guys came in not knowing thats what happens here in houston. Pick and roll then lob shot or drive and kick out. All the new players want to move around and drive and are not particularly skilled at knocking down 3s. So that's why the Rockets are struggling because they've bet the farm on Harden ball. He controls everything down to the color underwear the power dancers gonna wear. So if you give 1 gut that much say, then switch out 3 players for 8 new faces. Um yeah we gonna suck until they go from good basketball players to Stand around then play defense for me Harden ball. I just don't think this group will be down with that because that's not Ennis, mcw, green, Gordon, melo, that's not their game. Plus we got 3 basically rookies in Hartenstein, Zhou qi, chriss, and Clark. It's going to be difficult learning season this year as we get pummeled by everyone.

The problem is D'Antoni and his rotations. He's incorporating the new guys way too fast! Michael Carter-Williams/James Ennis/Hartenstien should NOT be getting any minutes right now.
I don't see how those guys deserves minutes. They play like utter crap, and causing us to lose our identity from last season. We need to play the guys that was with us last season. To lead the way for the new guys.
You don't plug-in Ennis over Gerald Green, for example. You don't just plug-in Carmelo Anthony to the starting line-up. I don't care he's a 10-times whatever. He's good but he's old right now and lost some of his game. So you want to bring a guy like that off the bench and let him earn a spot to the starting line-up.
With that said, I do want us to incorporate new guys but the "right ones!" And so far, I only see Gary Clarke and Marquese Chriss as the only two that deserves minutes.
So, instead of Ennis at the 3, that spot should go to either Green or Clarke. Marquese Chriss should be the official back-up to Capela. No questions asked! Hartenstien is too slow and mistake-prone. He shouldn't even be playing an NBA game right now.
Michael Carter Williams is GARAGE! He's not running that 2nd unit right. He's using the 2nd to set-up himself for drives which he's not skilled at. When Harden comes back, that experiment should END, immediately! Morey made a mistake signing that clown.
Our starting 5 right now should be:
- Capela - Center
- Tucker - PF (even though he need to be TRADED!)
- Green - SF
- Harden - SG
- CP3 - PG
The 2nd unit:
- Chriss - Center
- Melo - PF
- Clarke - SF
- E.Gordon - SG
- CP3 - PG
MCW and Ennis should be 3rd stringers! And use as trade baits but these guys are absolutely garbage, along with Hartenstien.

This just goes to show that the so-called experts don't know what they are saying. They've listed OKC and Houston as top 3 teams in the West and yet both teams are at the bottom. They also listed the Wizards as possible top 4 in the East. Why are the Kings, Grizzlies, and Wolves doing so much better than they predicted and Denver being one of the best teams so far? The Pacers and Bucks doing really well and the Pistons and Sixers not so much. Isn't it supposed to be the Celtics and the Sixers in the East? Experts my @$$.
