This series is pure genius, Mike is a super talented multi instrumentalist, singer and a great teacher to boot!

Mike...it's 2:40am Pacific Time here in Los Ángeles California. I'm about to go to sleep after I watch your always interesting videos!! I wish you and the family a very blessed 2022! May the Love of the Lord cover you all. Feliz Año Nuevo and a Happy New Year!!
Best guitar lessons on YT. I just heard Paul McCartney saying why he was not lead guitarist. He froze on stage. John and George pointed to Paul to play bass when they needed one. And the rest is history. George was a master of the craft, no doubt about that.
Best wishes for the New Year, Mike - I see that others have already expressed this sentiment so you are clearly appreciated by many....as you should be....
I remember sitting in my dorm room, listening to the Beatles newest album, grooving to the light of my Lava Lamp. Today, coincidental to this video, I found the lamp, unpacked it after 50 years, and I was taken back in time. Thanks, it was great!
@Alex - Thanks! And yeah - I was in very popular Beatles tribute band for a summer in Chicago. It was TOTALLY embarrassing to dress up in their garb. I've been asked MANY times to do that again but NO WAY!!
Too funny...... Mike had a couple of years on me back then. He was really good. I was surprised that they had a show like that on TV then. I ended up touring N.America for 30 years later on. I was really surprised when I saw his first You Tube videos. Just retired to my own studio down here in New Richey. Great to see someone else remembers the old FL. days. Nice to meet you. Hi Mike, happy New year. It was a good one.✌️+❤️
Thanks, good one Mike! I think your video once again shows us how The Beatles were so much more than the sum of the individual parts! Just like the song “Come Together”. It’s an uncomplicated song that is much greater than the parts that make up the song. Brilliant, as The Beatles always were!
Hey Mike, great lesson as always! One of my daughter's favorite Beatles tunes, I'm sure she'll be breaking out her 325 later today! Best wishes for 2022! I hope France is still treating your family well, take care and be well!
As usual, fantastic analysis and rendition of a classic Beatles tune! Looking forward to what you have in store for us in 2022 Mike. Best to you & have a wonderful New Years. Be well and stay safe! 👍👍🎸🎸
Man something Abt ur passion and excitement is special watching all these lessons and seeing how you have prepared introductions and how much feel you play with, you've got urself a new sub!
As long as there are Beatles songs left I hope you don't stop doing these great videos! Fun facts, perfect analysis and the song in the end to play along too without having to tune your guitar/base to the original recording. It's perfect!
Watching you unpack this song was impressive in its own right, but I was very impressed with how The Beatles put this song together. It show much depth of talent that you just don't see anywhere else.
Mike, a buddy of mine & I have been doing Beatle "sound alikes" from 2004-2014, and I sure as heck wish you'd been doing these amazing lessons since. I even have 19 Beatle guitars to make as accurate a sound as possible. The work you've been doing, especially since moving to France, has been outstanding. I had to write this time because the sound alike you've done on "Come Together" is just amazing. you can't tell it from the original. I wish to the devil that these lessons had been there back in 2004. great job Mike keep 'em coming! thanks
This was the first Beatles song I played live with my band and is definitely one of my favourite songs, so great lesson as always, Mike. Hope you had a great holiday and have a happy New Year, and here’s to some more great lessons in 2022
This version of come together is the best. Also the documentation of this song makes it complete. You're a gifted musician and singer. Thank you for this, T❤
This is a cool lesson. Its amazing how the riff and those iconic licks just jump to life when played on that les paul. And in your hands i might add! Hail hail rocknroll
Mike you're amazing, so very talented and great ear. Thanks for all the wonderful info you offer on how the guys made these stunning tunes. You and yours family be well and happy.
Thanks Mike, as always for your wonderful contribution to the true anthology of the Fab Four, always a joy to be enchanted by. Many thanks indeed, and to wish you and yours a very Happy 2022. Ronnie.
Mike your Beatles videos are the gold standard, par excellence. I even remember emailing someone saying, "This guy knows more about the Beatles, what they were doing and when they were doing it than they do!" A lot of other music oriented channels have done commentary videos on Peter Jackson's "Get Back" movie/series. I wondered if you a) had a chance to see it and b) were interested in making a video critique/commentary. I actually haven't watched it, other than many RUclips clips, which actually do give me a good feel for it, mostly because I don't wan't to sign up for Disney+ for one thing and then cancel. I wish it'd been on Netflix. Thanks and Happy New Year! Definitely one of my favorite channels!
Hello Mike, I'm an amateur guitar player from Germany, Ottweiler Saar, your videos are just great, I've learned a lot from you, I've subscribed to you, and it's always nice to learn a Beatles song from you. I wish you all the best and please keep it up. Music holds the world together and is the most beautiful thing there is. With this in mind, many greetings from Germany, good health and peace in the world, Greetings Bernd
Thanks for another great video instruction/lesson. Your passion for The Beatles music is nice to hear and experience. Happy New Year and stay safe and well. I appreciate your sharing this.
outstanding job brother...even though i'm not a big fan of this track; you held my attention the entire way and i learned a lot...thanks and God bless 😎
Loving your channel, Mike! I always liked the Beatles but now I love them after watching Peter Jackson’s, Get Back. Looking forward to learning to learning these timeless classics. Many Thanks!
Hey Mike I’m a 39 year old from the uk this past year during the countless lockdowns and all that I started home improvements and during a garage conversion and a loft installation I came across my epiphone supernova it’s 20 years old now but really has hardly been played (I know it’s a travesty) it’s painted in the Union Jack finish as it is a Noel Gallagher signature the white parts of the flag have that slight aged discolouration which I think really enriches the instrument. Anyhow I decided to start playing again as I have young children and even though my dreams to be a musician didn’t happen I thought maybe me just playing will inspire the kids to pick an instrument up. I took the epiphone to be professionally set up and the pick up switch had jammed. Well I was amazed at how this guy transformed the playability of what I thought was already a beautiful instrument I am by no means a great guitar player but even I can tell the improvements. Back to why I’m messaging you, I grew up in the 90s oasis were massive in the uk and all they talked about was the Beatles so naturally I
Continued- So naturally I learned all about the Beatles after watching the get back documentary I decided to learn some songs and you’ve been the guy I’ve been using your videos are full of all the useful info someone of my ability needs and I love the little stories about the song at the start thank you so much so far you’ve taught me she loves you, help and come together have a great new year and hopefully I learn some more songs. Sorry this was cut off my daughter pressed my phone and it sent before I finished. Unfortunately I couldn’t just overdub it, it had already sent😂
Greetings Mike Pachelli, Happy New Year 2022! All the very best from Beatle Land UK - Thank for all your excellent and authentic guitar lessons - I am new on here and will be studying your work with great enthusiasm. Take care and stay safe my friend.
Love the keyboard cover that you’ve slid in there. I had no idea it was so simple. But I still wish you had dwelled on the part a bit… Thanks for a thorough review, as ever; see you in 2022! Hang in there in South France!
Hi Mike, AS as always, great work!! Being a Brit brought up on The Beatles ( my cousin who I grew up with was lucky enough to have cool parents so bought my cousin every single and album from A hard days night on) due to the recent reappreciation of the best band we now include in our pub covers band, Get Back and Come Together in our set list. I just wanted to thank you for your impressive breakdowns of many of the great songs, your' I am the Walrus' being my personal fave. Your Beatle voice impressions are pretty good, so take that as another compliment from a Brit (Londoner). Keep up the great work. With this Russian Loony tune Putin, even more the message of All You Need is Love loses none of it's powerful message!!
I always noticed that harmony with Paul singing the lower part. I know John always loved to overdub his voice. The one on the anthology is great. I remember going with my brother to buy the Anthology collection cassettes in like 19995 when it came out. Great lesson as always Mike. I never knew about Timothy Learys connection for this song. Gotta love the amazing effort and detail you do for these videos. The breakdowns are unbelievable. I know I speak for many others, when I say how much I appreciate these lessons. Your CDs are so worth buying. Happy New Year 2022 Mike. You are a true Renaissance man in the truest sense. Keep on keeping on. I look forward to many more.
Thanks So Much Some of these songs you have I have been trying for 50 years to play the right way I can get rid of all my how to play Beatles books All ok if you play piano for the women’s club Happy New Year Beatle Mike
Must be fun to recreate the songs like that. When the soundalike started I wasn´t looking at the video but scrolling down among the related, and I was fooled. Great lesson too!
So Mike when you cover that middle lead by yourself you have to try to double stop that harmony bend! Starts off simple enough, bend up the 15's on the E and B then to the 13 and back to the bend. Then I go the the 15 on B and 12th on the G bend up a note, slide down to 10/13..well with some practice you can hit the 13 on the B and the 15 on the E with an up bend..or not..if you get the double bend on the E it will end without a sour note. You rock as always! Bonne année et qu'il y ait du rock 2022!
Thanx Mike! That lesson was awesome! And of course the back story is always a plus! Should add the bass part ! Just saying as I’m a bass player and love that you play the part lest handed like Paul. Again Thanx much and Happy New Year as you made our last year a good year with all your talented lessons of the best band ever! Laddies and gentlemen “The Beatles”!!!!!!!
At first I thought you were ambidextrous but you just inverted the bass to look lefty. Guess the backwards Rickenbacker would also be a dead give-away.... Anyways, great video Mike !!!!!
This series is pure genius, Mike is a super talented multi instrumentalist, singer and a great teacher to boot!

Man you are really in the World of the Beatles. It must be wonderful to reconstruct all these outstanding songs!!
Best guitar lessons on YT. I just heard Paul McCartney saying why he was not lead guitarist. He froze on stage. John and George pointed to Paul to play bass when they needed one. And the rest is history. George was a master of the craft, no doubt about that.
Another 100% perfect instructional lesson here, Mike...Many thanks for your dedication in making it so easy, and fun, to understand.
My pleasure!
Playing Beatles people try to be photographical accurate but here there is spirit of Beatles which is even better than accuracy.
@Alex - Thanks! And yeah - I was in very popular Beatles tribute band for a summer in Chicago. It was TOTALLY embarrassing to dress up in their garb. I've been asked MANY times to do that again but NO WAY!!
You just took me back to the 80's in Tampa when I had to sneak to watch your show. My love for the Beatles started about the same time. Thanks Mike.
Cool!
I'll never play this stuff...but it is nice to see how simple but ingenious the Fab Four were in their compositions.
Thanks, good one Mike! I think your video once again shows us how The Beatles were so much more than the sum of the individual parts! Just like the song “Come Together”. It’s an uncomplicated song that is much greater than the parts that make up the song. Brilliant, as The Beatles always were!
Can tell you really dig this one: You got into it when doing the vocals!
Fun following your videos this year. Best wishes! on next year...
Magnificent. Thank you Mike. Always the best videos on RUclips.
Wow, thanks!
@@MPfrance Hi Mike. may I ask what frets do you prefer?
Another excellent job, BTW. And the piano parts prove that less is more...
Hey Mike, great lesson as always! One of my daughter's favorite Beatles tunes, I'm sure she'll be breaking out her 325 later today!
Best wishes for 2022! I hope France is still treating your family well, take care and be well!
I said it before but going to say it again. Mike, you are the best, and I want to thank you.
Bravo Mike. I love your Beatles lessons!!!
Thank you Mike, for another excellent dissection of a Beatles song. Enjoy the history & detailed lesson very much.
Love it Mike. God bless...John was SO incredibly talented. Amazing how their compositions just flowed. Continually amazed. TY
Another great job. In all these fabulous songs there is Ringo with that dead on consistent beat...
Thanks for the lesson Mike, great job. I appreciated that you played the bass left-handed for that extra authenticity :-)
As long as there are Beatles songs left I hope you don't stop doing these great videos! Fun facts, perfect analysis and the song in the end to play along too without having to tune your guitar/base to the original recording. It's perfect!
Sören - Thanks for the kudos. Glad you enjoy my work!
Great as always Mike. I always look forward to your accurate re-constructions... Thanks
I loved watching the sound alikes, they help me notice things in the original recording that ive never really picked up on before.
Watching you unpack this song was impressive in its own right, but I was very impressed with how The Beatles put this song together. It show much depth of talent that you just don't see anywhere else.

At first I thought you were ambidextrous but you just inverted the bass to look lefty. Guess the backwards Rickenbacker would also be a dead give-away.... Anyways, great video Mike !!!!!
Thanks again, Mike. Great tutorial.
Fantastic. Love it🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍
Love your channel, Mike. Wish you’d give us the bass lessons as well but that’s me just being greedy.
