    In order to achieve Mark Walberg's level of fitness you need to:
    1. Have a private gym
    2. Have a personal trainer
    3. Hire a private chef to make your meals.
    4. Have a flexible work schedule where you can workout twice a day.

      True to a point, however there are plenty of free workouts, out there. I have autoimmune arthritis, I have chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, brittle asthma, a spinal injury. Yet I have lost 2 stone(24lb) , and I train 3 times a week. If you need any help, shout me a message. I used to be a personal trainer, I got struck by severe illness, and I laid down eating chocolate for 18 months, now I am on my way back. You can do it if you try

      Chris Wilson I just noticed he doesn’t stimulate his lower abs too much which makes him look flabby. He has his upper and middle abs but lower abs he has some fat on which kind of throws the illusion off sometimes.

      1 he is using his body’s momentum to move the weight as opposed to making the muscle do the work, his spine should not move .
      2 he had way too much bend in his elbows, this makes your biceps jump in to help more, you should have a slight bend in the elbows , not 90 degrees .
      3 in order for maximum contraction of the chest you want to visualize having your shoulders go across your chest to touch each other . This causes maximum shortening of the muscle fibers .
      4 in order to get maximum stretch on the muscle you should consciously stretch back far enough to open up your rib cage , which is he is not doing .
      5 and finally SLOW DOWN

      Amen to the HIIT brother. Recently discovered HIIT as i had to give up endurance running because i had torn my meniscus. I cant see myself going back to endurance training even if i had knee surgery done. HIIT brings better results in much less time.💪💪💪

    The video montage is going to lead people that don't know what they're doing to over-train it looks as if your training your whole body and there's no way you can be doing that 5 days a week mmx2 five years you'll start seeing you can hit each body part once maybe twice a week tops and you'll have more rest days then you will lifting days
