I did powder before foundation in the 1980s….its a great classic technique known for decades by make up lovers❤️
We are similar complexion and I think one shade lighter is okay but this one was good - I found my shade twin 😊you look amazing

You should try putting an eye primer under your eyes before you do your concealer, it works so good for fine lines and creasing!

Do you remember if it was a thicker base like mac paint pot or something thinner like the urban decay primer potion?
I find the thinner consistency type to work best on myself and when I use it on clients but I know everyone’s skin is different

Your skin is already flawless so that's the obvious point to a flawless base
Try under eye primer. I recommend Jaclyn Hill’s under eye primer. It changed the way my makeup blends and smooths everything out. Best investment I’ve made 😊❤

I think I actually outline my brows 1st then fill them in completely at the end because of you Rosh ! 🫶🏾 since I spray mac fix+ in between layers , this method works best for my brows !
