RIP Steve Albini. I immediately recognize the video being from the excellent Burn to Shine series. You can read more about it on the wikipedia page of the series but the producers (Brendan Canty is one) found a house planned for demolition and bring a bunch of bands in on a single day prior to demolition to record a single song. It's a great series and Shellac were on the cover of the Chicago release. What a loss...
I got lucky my dad was into them saw them twice in Barcelona primavera sound. Was going to see them in Bristol this year too they're still playing but not the same without Steve.
