@@WeJustClickme at 0:45 I converted the layer into smart object layer and than I added another layer (As shown in the video) and the new layer was above the smart object layer (not linked to it )
at 1:00 I clicked on the mask layer and there was no selection at all and I pressed ctrl+shift+I and there was no selection either
