It opens towards you instead of to the side (0:38), no more zipper opening on the front (0:47), no more extra strap (0:54), no more comfort padding (1:12). In other words: it's worse in every way. Really don't know why they did this, probably just cutting costs, despite the 75AWII still being awfully expensive for what it is.
