@TwoWheelTyTy the more chances a person takes the higher the odds that something out of his control will happen.
Take it from someone that rode 18k miles in my 1st year on my first sportbike. In that year I seen 4 skulls cracked open. One of the couples that ran over this careless rider's head fell off their bike, luckily I was 20 and had fast reflexes, as well as knew my bike very well and was able to avoid running over them as they were sliding on their backs down the hwy in front of me. Although a chunk of one of the bikes did hit my helmet and sprayed oil all over it. In other words, it's likely not going to be you that causes the accident, but you can't control or predict other's mistakes.

I like to add that when riding when there solid double yellow lines you are more safer not to have head on. But when it's not, dotted yellow lined, this is we're it's is very dangerous guys.

I NEVER HAD THE ABS,TRAC CONTROL. I HAD A 600RR WITH 18GRAND INVESTED AND IT GOT STOLEN. MY 1ST STREETBIKE WAS A GIXER 1000 AND HAD TO SELL IT QUICK. I WAS GONNA DIE. I GOT AN F4 AND STARTED STUNTING. I LOVE THE ADRENALINE. I HAD 11 STREETBIKES AND 5 DIRTBIKES AS A JUNE. I GOT A BANDIT NOW I GUESS IM OLD BUT I THUMP IT ONCE IN A WHILE. I LOVE U GUYS MAN. The view off that cliff side! I just took ownership of my grandfathers old motorcycle a ‘04 R1150R BMW with less than 9k miles on it. Currently having work done in the shop but I can’t wait to hit the road with it
That view is beautiful. There use to be a group of guys that would ride their bicycles down that hill! They were the Ortega’s craziest, Don’t know if they’re still there or not. If you see three guys on bikes up there looking over the side. Watch ‘em and see if they send it.

If you want to do it go find a safe spot and practice in the sand or dirt or something sketchy but safer. However I've got riding buddies that are fun to cruise with but I don't believe theyll ever achieve that level of skill. Most often you pressure them enough and they go full send possibly worse.They're the ones that go down once and never ride again.
I would rather slow roll next to my brother all day then to push him into an accident and perhaps never right again with him. Not to say I wouldn't be 12:00 high idle rolling but I'm not going to push him to do it

Imagine taking those corners at 9:05 and either sliding into a tree at 50mph or oncoming traffic during a right-hand corner. I don't race on the street anymore. Been down.
Its not usually the fall off the bike that kills you, it the sudden stop from the curb or car or whatever you hit.

When you’ve always wanted a hype rocket jet tag, but you’ve never had a bike to put it on and now you finally own a bike but they’re discontinued now😞
One great rule is never try to ride beyond your abilities. Another good rule is your bike can lean way more than you think it can. Don't be afraid to lean it more. The alternative is going over the center line or going off road none of which are great.
A race bike with slick tyres can still only lean so far. A road bike with road tyres will lean even less . Just don't treat the road like a race track. Simple.
