Have just got a 2014 mk2 kuga so far very pleased with it .if it is any thing like my focus which i had for 11 year's i will be very happy man.loved the video.
Thank you. I really liked the Kuga. I got rid of it in 2016 and it was one of the most comfortable cars I’ve owned. Loads of space, drive well, looked good. I would defo have another.
Just bought a 2014 Kuga 2.0 TDCI Titanium X. Love it so far. Only thing missing are the parking aids which I believe were optional at point of purchase when new. I had now idea about the eco mode.. not noticed that on mine.
I am just waiting ti pick up my First Kuga really looking forward to it this video was very good said nothing to put me of saying that I didn't want putting of but was very useful indeed thanks very much.
Cameron Fleming Thanks for the comments, my Kuga has gone now, replaced with the Tiguan, but I would definitely have another one, I just fancied a change and the price was right at the right time. Good luck.
I can understand what you say I have always had Vauxhall my last being a Ensignia I picked my Kuga up two days ago and really pleased with it it feels sporty and looks it also just can't fault it.@@kaieshabish22
Good review, thanks! I agree most of your evaluations about it. Thanks for good tips. I have petrol engine and Trend model only. Still going strong and no problems untill now, after 6 years of use.
Great vid i'll have a mark 2 kuga soon & your review has made me a little more excited, last 2 cars vectra & zafira 1.9 cdti both ended up with blocked dpf's, so my only decision left is petrol or diesel, i do like my diesels so i think i'll still go with one, oh and colour, i like metallic red 2nd choice black i think.
It’s a great car, I really miss it, it went back 5 years ago now. So comfortable and the heated screen was amazing. The metallic red was an £800 option when new so not many people went for it, definitely one of the best colours though. All the best.
I've had a titanium X Sport for the last 3yrs on the MOTABILITY scheme and hated every minute of it. Thankfully it goes back in 6wks and i take delivery of a VW Tiguan 190tdi SEL 4Motion, can't wait
Hi I own the titanium x sport 2.0 tdci and I average around 45 mpg I noticed your mpg is a lot higher, what size engine is your Kuga please and what type of riding do you undertake? Thanks
I'd rather have the Kuga Andrew to be honest . It's so much quieter and more comfy. Got the Golf for three years and then I think I'll go back to a Kuga. I didn't mean to whine, I would have another in a heartbeat and I admit I may have made a mistake in buying the Golf, although it's a fine car, the Golf just doesn't seem to be as smooth and easy to drive as the Ford. Hope you have many happy years with yours.
Thanks so much for the video brilliantly explained and gives me great confidence now as well in mine as I just bought a 2016 one in the same colour and I love it ! Butiful drive Just to add, Have you ever had any problems with the keyfob ? As I heard some do , and apparently it's quite common
Hi, thanks for the comments. The only problem I had with the key was the battery falling because the electronics are always looking for the car. However Ford offer a replacement key which puts the key into a dormant mode when the key is stationary for a period of time and it’s wakes up when you pick it up again. This also prevents the keyless theft of your car. I think they are about £100, well worth the investment. Good luck with the car, mine went 5 years ago and it was a damn good car
Manual gear throw eg 1st to 2nd is too long. Gearbox needs to be less throw. New 2019 model shoild be better. Also I liked old Fords with the steering column hazards switch. All Kugas should have been fitted with front and rear psrking sensors and rear camera
I have the same model. Disappointing when you said it was about what you liked and disliked about the car then spent 9 minutes whining about it. If I was watching this before buying mine, I would have been put off. Still, good content though! Hope you like the golf!

Kevin Williams Hi, my overall MPG was 46 throughout the three years I owned this car, I must have filmed on a good day!
Very useful review, thanks a lot.
