Heh, smoked a meatloaf last weekend too. Pretty close to how you did it, but stuffed it with some Hatch chili's, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese so it had a popper like filling. Then wrapped it in a bacon weave. Best part about meatloaf are the sandwiches afterwards...

Thanks for this recipe. With the prices of beef and pork going through the roof perhaps you could feature more affordable meats done on the grill like this one. Saw the price of a whole pork loin at our Costco in Victoria and almost fainted. They’ve doubled in price to around $50.00 each!!
