Alan Morison reached out to a VAR specialist about Kyogos first goal. His opinion was that Khune was level with the Rangers defender. In otherwords, it was a goal.
Glad Jim highlighted the ref. After a performance like Beatons & the VAR team Sunday, several incidents no replay. Looked like a handball in the second half ignored, bet your bottom dollar shoe on the other foot it would be looked at.
Ofcourse it would when you have the son of Hugh Dallas deciding what gets reviewed and what doesn't. We are left clueless with Dallas in the VAR room, it's fn murder!
Jim's decision review idea is excellent but would only work in a refereeing group who are actually interested in delivering a neutral, quality service to the league.
I canny fathom why Celtic waited to sell Matt before they bought players ? surely the manager must’ve had a Transfer budget of Ok you’ve got £20 million or something who do you want early for USA trip… ? it’s like going round a shop 10 mins before they close for the night… Crazy
Spot on. A few days before the match the SFA reallocated the fixture to Bill Crombie from Edinburgh who was known to support Hearts. In fairness to him - and perhaps because he was conscious that there might be a perception of bias - he denied Hearts what we would call a ‘stonewall’ penalty in the first half!
It is, to a degree. That, and the video clips UEFA use on perception4perfection, along with at least monthly video tests all feeds in with the referee observers. Well, here anyway... Not sure about Scotland
@@mjudec Well, I'm happy to hear that. But I really ought to have said to use it for training, and stop using it in the games. We can never have 'consistency' in refereeing, and should accept mistakes as part of the game. But refs who constantly make 'mistakes' should not be reffing games at the top level.
@@mikemurray2027 A fair point. Unfortunately pandora's box cannot be shut. It's here to stay. I'd prefer its uses restricted, and over time AI will be a huge leveller for offsides. We're in that crap first 5 years stage (other leagues who adopted it earlier are in that crap first 7-10 years stage)
Brendan is an elite manager. Ange has yet to prove that he is elite. When Ange matches Brendan's Leicester achievements while at Spurs then maybe but for me, nowhere near it so far.
Attacking the integrity of the f😊referees because they support Rangers is tantamount to calling them corrupt, and they shouldn't be allowed to participate. if that's the case, slip that logic in society as a whole, on right up there with singing about dead heroes.var; short interlude rebuke to haters to stop singing songs of hate, and to use our vast repertoire last one yay! against haters in our ranks. mirroring the bigots makes us bigots. is there a point where we are all complicit, due to our refusal to confront those in our midst set on anything other than aside to proper debate and change for the better. when i took my ten year old son to the jungle, "If you hate the f rangers clap your hands" I stopped him, saying; "we don't hate anyone son". we were hated on in scotland in the past, so we don't take any shit, and from my childhood repertoire, i still do Religion, Politics, & Irish Songs. just no at ma big sisters hoose.
How is constructive analysis/criticism, construed as complaining? The lads do a good job of analysing matches, player performance ect. Constructive analysis still has to be done, even on the back of what some fans deem the be all and end all of our season,a win against our bitter rivals.
@@tommyhughes495 Talking about corrupt referees , VAR officials bending lines so our goals dont count. It's pathetic and rubbish. If this is what people are coming away with at the end of a good week you need to step back and relax just a little. You are obviously far too emotionaly involved in something that doesnt actually matter. Enjoy you football. No tears.

Saying VAR isnt been utilized correctly isnt negative, its stating a fact!
Another brilliant pod

Love Jim, always makes great points which ooze passion and common sense.
Well said Jim re the " super" song ."roaming in the gloaming" reared it's head for a chorus too..bin them, we are better than that bile
Can honestly say I've never heard of said song, totally agree with you guys on its use by fans, our songbook is extensive...let the people sing!

But when you go round the shop ten minutes before closure you pick up several yellow label bargains.....
I can’t wait till Engels starts playing from the start. I think Hatate will drop out when that happens.
JIM IS THE DADDY !
reading back the live chat is hilarious 🤣🍀🍀
If I remember correctly the sfa changed the ref and gave a hearts fan the game in 86 when Dundee beat them the Albert kidd day

Isn't it obvious why Souness is sticking to his "no gap" theory? He recommended Voldemort to their board lol
Been saying for ages that VAR should be used for training refs and perhaps assessing the level they are allowed to ref at.

If your fully behind Brendan as you say ,put it out there that we want the manger to stay indefenatley ,.hh. Joe. Little. Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🙏🙏🙏💰💰💰🏆🏆👍😎
Didn't even mention the clothes line on AJ.
I remember Bobby Evans with his bib and braces turning up at Celtic park for a home game after working till twelve way back I think he was a joiner
The Japanese players have destroyed Rangers since they joined with Ange and improved with Brendan

Fly a Dutch referee over for Celtic v Rangers games. Easyjet n Travelodge.

Var is not problem. Its the referee and his minions that are the problem. Bias cheats over and over again
This is a good time to be a Celtic supporter. All we are getting is complaining. Granted I didnt quite get to 4 minutes, but oh my god, be happy.

Our songbook is pretty poor to be honest
On a personal level I love the Super Trooper song, purely for my hatred on the 3 individuals mentioned.
Celtic are the best of a bad bunch in Scotland. They will be judged in Europe
