I wasted my 60K money and time, once you complete thier is no job. tag a skill they took 55k now im into developers after wasting my time over thier . If you have high level reference then only you join. If not dont waste your time and money ....In my batch of 12 only one got job that to with reference.

SAP experience will be counted ,in fact it will add a good value for your profile
It really depends on type of work. Many times it will be not helpful but again it depends on your projects you worked on.
