4. Upgrades: Organizations may be upgrading their SAP systems to newer versions, which could result in a temporary decrease in job openings as the upgrade process is completed.
5. Automation: Automation of SAP processes could also lead to a decrease in job openings for SAP functional module professionals, as fewer manual interventions are required.

Same as testing...demand is low but supply is overflow...lakho students institute se course kar ke apply kar rahe hai par Vacancy usake 10% bhi nahi.
Brother wherever you go there is plenty of overflow. Whole IT market is overflown with supply. Everyone from every other background is now attracted towards high paying job in IT. So, there will be always a cut throat competition in the job market. The best way to get ahead of the edge would be to do the things which are considered Hard in the IT world. Because that is where most of crowd is unwilling to go. There is no other choice. Competition is fierce and it is for life in IT now. That's why it is said that IT is not for Older people.

Guys please don't do SAP anymore. It's a huge saturated market. 90% you will end up in maintaining SAP for some clients. No new developments for any clients. I wasted 2 years in SAP. Hence learn something useful for the future. Salesforce is a better alternative for short-term.

Sir what is the scope for SAP EHS(Environment, Health, Safety) Course?
It’s not about the jobs. It’s about the interest of the candidate. If you are keen on knowing how business runs and want to be part of it then go ahead. Don’t worry about the job and openings. Just keep on learning and one day you will get your dream job. Don’t work for money but work for what you love most. So pls choose your career with caution. SAP is not for people with mindset of money making.
Sir, i am currently working as a sap basis consultant, I joined as a fresher is this the best career program in the future shall I continue or switch to another project. pls suggest i am a BCA graduate.
Nothing is best career program, Technology keeps on changing. Today Data Science is considered best but in future it is surely going to change. So the best bet is to keep on upskilling and learning. SAP Basis is basically operations, So I would suggest learn Cloud (perferably AZURE), SAP BTP, SAP HANA database, if you want to continue with BASIS.
Is SAP BUSINESS ONE good segment for job. I got job in that field along with sap addon coding, sql server and crystal report.

bro, if you are trying to move from functional to technical, you maybe an Idiot!! First of all, MM is a damn vast sector, 2 years is shit experience (unless you have minimum experience of 2-3 implementation). Instead of changing career, change company for more challenges and experience!

Working in SAP ABAP in MNCs for 6 years , as of now did not face any opportunity issues for ABAP but in order to survive long term full stack developer needed like front end fiori/UI5 + back end odata, also one has be techno functional if anyone working in ABAP so that your relevancy will be increased. Hi Can anyone please suggest how to handle below situation, I have been shortlisted for final Hr round for TCS but before final Hr round I have to submit all the experience documents to there portal but there is a problem with my profile that ," During 2018 I have worked for one non IT company for 4 months part time they have cut PF and that company history is showing on EPF portal and due to that company contineous working 24*7 night shift I couldn't continue there after 4 months n I left that company without notice (As I m fresher that time I didn't know it will impact in future) now after 6 yrs when I asked them reliving letter they are saying they Absconded my profile and can't give reliving nor experience. Now I stuck in this situation if I not submit experience/reliving letter I couldn't attend TCS final round .
I have said this situation to TCS HR said even I have worked for 1 month in company n this if showing on EPF portal via UAN I have to submit experience/reliving letter compulsory for further final round.
Ideally they should give you opportunity to explain why you don't have experience letter for company.. but if TCS is not allowing it then show that 6 month as a career gap and if HR or BGV team ask you about why it is reflecting in epfo then explain that you absconded it due to personal reasons (don't blame company) , hence don't have experience letter and you also not using that experience in your job history...
This is my just my suggestion, you can think about this and take right decision
