- We had the opportunity to travel to Washington to participate in a Private Track Day. The team at Intec Racing brought their absolutely MINT GS300 with a single turbo 2JZGTE and showed us how its done! Then we asked the really shy technician if he wanted to try, then the rest is history.

What I learned from this video is that I need a drift car.
10 minutes into this car and I was convinced this is the ultimate drift build.
Come on out to FD SLC in September. Could get you a ride along with forsberg or pappadokus. My home garage is at the track there.

Lol, fighting with the seatbelts like the car's gonna be trouble, and then just right into throwing the car around like a madman/pro. Some chef kiss stuff right there, hahaha. Reminds me of those gags with the guy walking up to the piano and trying out a few keys, and then just breaking into some beautiful pro music.
And he's definitely got that quartet making some nice music (four tires squealing). That engine sounds great too. But that's hardly a surprise with a 2JZ; nevermind the additional goodies that the GTE brings!
That is actually who he is. I did not expect him to rip like that, but he was soo good., and he's such a kind soul.

a thought or two: check how hoonigan edits their this vs that runs, short driver shot, then one or two seconds the action from inside, then the same part from outside. its a genius way to bring rhythm and movement into linear takes. example: cockpit cam framing the road: straight, then into a doughnut; driver cam: fight with the wheel entering the doughnut; hero cam walking into the doghnut: smoking havoc; drone cam: well, the whole shabam. :)
and for the second run you have 3 cams. so nice base for playing arounds with editing :)

oh yeah, captions would have been so nice! I love Japan since childhood, my mom and dad read Musashi with me when I was about 8, but I sadly never had access to the language..
