Recipe
1/2 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
Tbsp of butter
Tbsp of epis (optional)
1 cup milk or heavy cream
1 can regular corn
1 cream style sweet corn 🌽
Half bag of cheddar cheese 🧀
1 cup fine cornmeal
1 egg
Lil garlic salt & adobo
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese (optional)
Sprinkle rest of cheddar cheese on top
Oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Martino Penalba ...Haitian seasoning, it is called epis. I have a video up on how to make it....we blend Green onion, Bell pepper, parsley, garlic etc. check out my video.

Red pepper is extremely hot. Is that what you are using with corn or is it red bell pepper which is a big pepper shaped like a bell same is the green bell pepper. There is also a yellow bell pepper. I love corn and will be making this soon!
