Hello drowningguitars, I have a similar model (the bridge has a slight difference, the two bachelite parts were quite consumed and I received a two aluminium ones). I can't figure, though how the combinations of the two switches. I made a scheme, can I share it with you?
I just bought a 2nd hand Eko Cobra IV today and the owner told me it had originally a very weird pickup selector and his luthier changed it for 4 individual selectors which is quite handy. Im checking in Google and Im seeing a lot of coments like yours concerning to the Eko cobras, whats wrong with the pickup selector of this model? lol
Please contact me ASAP!!! I would like to know if this guitar is for sale or trade! When I was younger, about 12, I had lost my grandfather, and as we went through some of his old stuff to help my grandmother clear out space, we came across a dusty old case with this exact guitar inside. I reasoned with my grandmother to let me work for it, and she obliged. Eventually I claimed this guitar as my first, and played on it religiously for about 2 months before going to set it down one day, and because it had sat in in a (non temp controlled) she'd for years, the bridge had become brittle and completely broke as the trem arm caught the ground. I was devastated, and even further so after we had taken it in and told nothing could be done for it. As time went on, I tore it down for parts to put in other guitars to try to replicate the sound, but so far, to no success. I would be more than willing to pay any price, or trade any piece of gear I own just to have this guitar again. I am currently 19, 20 next month, and actively play in a band, and I would love to sport this beautiful guitar on stage. Please contact me as soon as you can, and I'll leave any form of contact information you need. Thank you!
Wow great playing and tone
That's nice to hear. Thanks so much for listening!
Great sound!
so sweet guitar!
I share that comment. I owned one with 3 PUs and it was awesome sounding. Very versatile range of equalizing.

@@Guitarristandgoats I sussed it in the end. A 3-way switch on each pair of pickups into a 3rd 3-way switch . Just like on the SG double neck.
