Other options: 1. Depending on the type of plastic/nylon you might be able to fill the hole with some epoxy. Some plastics (like hdpe) don't stick to much. 2. Possibly 3D print replacements for the plastic coupling.
Yeah thanks. Also i figured out that its so tough to get it aligned as well. I filled the gap with aluminum foil. But it doesn't rotate in perfect circle. The arm scrapes on to the side a bit. But it doesn't wobble. It's not designed well.
