The heifers were easier moved than you had thought. Glad they walked to were you wanted them to go. Nice and quite like the rest of your cattle. Great video and Praise the Lord your dad is getting better.
I was really glad to hear that your Dad is recovering well. Hope he follows the doc's orders and heals completely. Always enjoy going along with you on your chores. Thanks for sharing.
So glad your Dad is recovering well. Maybe you can have him come and be your cameraman from time to time and it will give him something to do every now and then.
I to Eric can't wait to see your next video and when it comes up I just drop whatever I'm watching and go to yours and also with Jon with SASDUTCHKID as you both have good content. One of these days your daughter will be tagging along, I bet she's growing like crazy as I have a Grandson who be a yr old next week and he's growing like a weed also. Have a great weekend and will be waiting for your next video.
Thanks for the update on your dad so glad he is doing well. Those two first calf heifers get special attention in the meadow because they sure did look good! Thanks Eric appreciate your time
Good stuff Eric! You and Ethan make good.. patient herders!!! :) :) Your dad has to be grateful of having such a knowing+willing son to take care of all the farm as you do!!! :) :)
@@teamstromski Yep most working breeds are like that. I have a German Shepherd Dog now, very smart and a great dog, but like a Heeler, she needs a job.
A never ending sequence of things to do to keep it all working. A good job this time makes it easier next time. A valuable lesson for all. Thanks Eric. God Bless.
I saw you posted a video and it made my day. You are one of those guys that would make a great friend and be like a brother to me. Love you guys and what you do. Glad your dad is healing well.
I told you when to stop - I guess you didn't hear me... Glad your Dad is healing. You can force a cow to do anything it wants to...LOL Good Video. Best to your Dad!
Eric, Tell Dad not rush the come back‼️ Must be COMPLETELY HEALED and w/ Physical Therapy‼️ I Love how the Kubota is so quiet inside the cab and the smooth operation‼️ Isn’t it nice to not having to jump out and change the clamps when changing implements‼️ We have same one as YALL but tracks‼️ 🇺🇸🚜AMERICAN 🚜🇺🇸 🇺🇸🚜FARMERS🚜🇺🇸 🇺🇸🚜AMERICAN 🚜🇺🇸 🇺🇸🚜HEROES 🚜🇺🇸
Another great video. All your farm work is interesting. Also in the previous video you climbed to the top of the Harvest-Store silo. You went up, placed the camera, went back down and climbed again and mentioned that you hoped that was worth it... Yea it was, you silo videos are riveting material. Glad your Dad is getting better.
Hey Eric, glad to hear that your dad is doing good slow and steady wins the race. As for your girls they had something else in mind they were not going in that trailer lol. So whats next for 10th G keep up the good work and see you in the next video 🤔🐄😉
***A roll of plastic fencing would be a good addition to your trailer. *** Your cows have been trained to herd with fencing, so use that in your favor!
You need a temporary fence (hot tape on a reel and pigtail standards) to cut down the paddock area and lead them into the trailer. One piece of equipment us grass farmers wouldn't be without
Too bad you didn't have a swinging gate on that little shed. Then you could have backed the trailer up to shed and the rest is history. Thanks for sharing.
As someone who breeds sheep, I find it very practical to have all of my ewes and rams halter broken. But it is a lot more work to halter break a cow/heifer than it is a sheep.
If your cows are trained to an electric fence I've taken twine string or a rope and tie it to the end of the gate so when they get close to the trailer I can use it as a wing to close in behind them and move them into the trailer. Great video! Also glad your dad is healing!
Until you explained what you were doing with the trailer I thought it was being loaded up for the end of summer week at freezer camp. Nice video. Glad to hear Dennis’ shoulder is progressing well.
I would use another gate and use a portable electric fences the day before to reduce the heifers range to move and to slowly guide the into a makeshift pen with two gates.
Good team work. But instead of referring to your people as employees it might be better to refer to them by name. Just a suggestion. I really enjoy your channel and very glad to hear about your dad improving. I totally severed my rota-tor cuff and I know what he is going through. It is a painful healing process.
Tell me went to stop. LOL Tell Dad not to rush it. Older bodies take a little more time to heal and if he rushes it he'll just increase the chances of hurting it again. (I learned this the hard way). I always found banging a feed bucket got the cows running. They hate to miss a meal.
Love the work you all do. I was wondering: when you move around cattle to different groups does it take some time for them to settle in? I know that livestock such as horses and goats have their hierarchy and when groups get mixed it takes some time for them to get acquainted work each other. Do you see that with your cattle! Or are they used to it/ pretty non reactive ?
Dads are great for offering advice eh! Was curious why you didn't just run a temporary electric fence wire from the trailer into the middle of the paddock in a funnel and work the heifers in that way... Thanks for keeping us in the loop
That was one abrupt finish ;). I'm sure your dad is going to be back at it soon. Probably driving him crazy to be off knowing how much is going on out there. All the best.
Good to hear your dad is getting better. Fall Harvest is coming fast now. Thanks for the video hope you're having a great day
Have a great day! Watched one of ya videos before my road test an passed.
Glad to hear you dad’s doing better. Don’t let him “tough it out” by going back to full duty too soon. I’ve been there, he needs to take it easy.
Great video! Thanks for sharing❗❗❗ 🙂🙂🙂 👍👍👍
It's good to hear your Dad is getting better.

Another great vlog.
Tell your dad not to rush back to work, I did and caused more damage that before my operation. Time is the greatest healer
You sound better,, glad your dad is doing better. The best thing your dad has to offer is advice and wisdom, please listen to him.🇨🇱
We found his Dad's account :p lol jk
I get so exited whenever you post I just stop what I’m doing and hop on the vid.
You mean excited

Thank God all is better. Great video. God bless you all.
You work your butt off always. Especially with dad on the mend. Be proud of yourself. That's what America is about and was built on. 🇺🇸
Great video. Continued prayers for your Dad, you and your family.
Wishing your Dad a speedy recovery. Also i loved how you asked us when to tell you to stop. Put a huge smile on my face Thank you.
Thanks for the update on your dad so glad he is doing well. Those two first calf heifers get special attention in the meadow because they sure did look good! Thanks Eric appreciate your time
Heifers being heifers, straight out of cowtown. Glad to hear your dad is healing
I'm glad your dad is healing well, and I see y'all bought that Kubota skidsteer its a good machine. Aloha from Big Island 🤙🏼
We have been praying for your dad to get better soon.. We are wishing you the vary best.
Another great video Always makes my day to see a new one Blessings to your dad and a great recovery
Reminds me when our Angus Cattle used to get out, standing on the road, and you would try and get the Knuckle-Heads back in the way they got out.
Peace be upon you. Well, I am from Algeria. I love you so much and your job is good. I hope to work with you
Hi Eric thanks for posting! Nice to get the smaller jobs done ✨🌝✨
Thank you for taking the time to create the video. I'm thankful your dad is getting better. PTL
Good stuff Eric! You and Ethan make good.. patient herders!!! :) :) Your dad has to be grateful of having such a knowing+willing son to take care of all the farm as you do!!! :) :)
Our cows are bunk broke... shake a bag of cubes and they all come running. Glad to hear your dad is slowly getting better.
Besides being a great companion, a Blue Heeler can replace 3-4 people when moving cattle.
Yep, or their cousin the Kelpie. Both are excellent cattle dogs.
if you can work them there's no better dog. but a bored heeler is a destructive heeler.
@@teamstromski Yep most working breeds are like that. I have a German Shepherd Dog now, very smart and a great dog, but like a Heeler, she needs a job.
It takes some training to really have them working good
Awsome video! I wish your dad the best!

When you said tell me when to stop you stopped right when I told you to. Lol love the video
Awesome Video and Much LOVE as Always From Kentucky!!!!
Hi. Would love to see more of cow 482. The one that’s first into the parlour every time. She is sassy. Love your channel.
I told you when to stop - I guess you didn't hear me... Glad your Dad is healing. You can force a cow to do anything it wants to...LOL Good Video. Best to your Dad!
Great video Eric glad to hear your dads healing up Hope you have good game tonite
Great to hear about your Dad. You're doing great with your usual super motivation, devotion and hard work.
I enjoyed reading your article in the Progressive Dairyman. Awesome job, keep up good work. I always look forward to when you post a video.

The ladies didn't want to go for a ride that day. They wanted a nice walk instead. 😉
Eric you should have left a trail of Oreos they would have been on in a flash! Great video. Happy Dad is doing better! 👍👍
Great video as usual, glad your father is getting better!

I'm glad your dad is doing much better, and glad to see that the work load has not got to much on you, and you and your dad still on my prayers,
Glad Pops is healing. Prayers to you....
I love your new skid loader. We use Kubota equipment on our cattle ranch in Texas.
Hi. STOP ✋🏻 YOU’RE WELCOME my pleasure!! Did you here me say no Eric that’s not coffee😂 thanks for a great video !!!
Great about your Dad. Always something to do
Hey Eric, glad to hear that your dad is doing good slow and steady wins the race. As for your girls they had something else in mind they were not going in that trailer lol. So whats next for 10th G keep up the good work and see you in the next video 🤔🐄😉
Thanks for another awesome video stay safe
Great awesome video Eric,
Great video, Eric!
Dairy Farmer AND Comedian! Enjoy your videos. Also the videos from Iowa Farmers. Keep them in your thoughts, they have a lot of clean up to do.
***A roll of plastic fencing would be a good addition to your trailer. ***
Your cows have been trained to herd with fencing, so use that in your favor!
Everytime i see your vid in my reccomended i always click

Too bad you didn't have a swinging gate on that little shed. Then you could have backed the trailer up to shed and the rest is history. Thanks for sharing.
if you're ever in Indiana, I'll pay you to teach me to back up a trailer like you do...
As someone who breeds sheep, I find it very practical to have all of my ewes and rams halter broken. But it is a lot more work to halter break a cow/heifer than it is a sheep.
That is so funny... I just hear that music with you and the cows running around in fast mode?? Ya know?? Priceless
One good trained dog is worth its weight in gold. Works cattle almost without them knowing it. Lowest stress... For you and the critters.
Looking forward to this all day
Great camera work and editing. 4.52 is a great angle. Please give my best to your dad too.

Thanks for sharing your work with us!
Good to hear your dad is getting better 🤗 love your videos but this one ended to early! Stay blessed 🙏❤️
Until you explained what you were doing with the trailer I thought it was being loaded up for the end of summer week at freezer camp. Nice video. Glad to hear Dennis’ shoulder is progressing well.
Eric is here! Good bless you Eric! Eric's come to visit us!
A couple of more gates outside of it to make you a wing. Then make you a couple of spots on your trailer to where you can keep them on there.
Anyone else say keep'er goin when he said let me know when to stop?😂
No just me ok
glade to here about your dad them dairy farmers are tough as nails
My family is praying for your dad
You just need some more gates to make it more like a chute to get the heifers on.
Good Job Eric
I would use another gate and use a portable electric fences the day before to reduce the heifers range to move and to slowly guide the into a makeshift pen with two gates.
Glad your dad's doing better
I just realized I think you wear the same sunglasses as me, cheap “safety” sunglasses I get off Amazon lol
I think every farmer where’s those😂 Everyone on our family farm wears them.
I need some.
They are great 12 pack is $15 on Amazon. Then I don’t have to worry about something happening to them
Same 😂 I've had my Black Nemesis "Safety Sunglasses" for like 4 years now...
We needs to get this man a sponsor deal with mountain dew
Best milk cow operation in US. HOWEVER you are not a wrangler.
Stay safe.
I am sorry Eric. I was the one that yelled stop too early.

This go-pro looks tasty!
Just a tip take there water and there hay a day before you need them in there and put it in there leave nothing in the pasture
I just realized that your farm is really close to where I live
Love the videos keep it up
Good job bro. My passion for dairy farming
Love the work you all do. I was wondering: when you move around cattle to different groups does it take some time for them to settle in? I can take some time but it really depends BTW i live on a beef farm
If you are mixing older ones with small ones then the older ones will bully the younger ones
Very good video and I watch your all videos I want I work your cattle firms
Dads are great for offering advice eh! Was curious why you didn't just run a temporary electric fence wire from the trailer into the middle of the paddock in a funnel and work the heifers in that way... Thanks for keeping us in the loop
Same day posting? Nice!

You look so tired without dad around. Keep strong
