when a sticker leaves a sticky residue, i usually put washi tapes over it and make it pretty while covering the flaws, if you havent already washes them with guegone or olive oil

oh also in order to get the adhesive stain off the pen pots you can use a product called goo-gone it’s a yellow spray thingy that works really well on sticker and tape adhesive in my experience

To get rid of the sticker residue you can use WD-40 this spray thing or I think a mixture of baking soda and oil?

where do you shop for your washi’s specifically the grid ones?
a mixture of aliexpress, local stationery stores and korean stores - the grid washi i'm sure can be found through amazon/aliexpress
You can put mildliner in a pen holder and Crayola in a pen holder accept put colour for organization

stains from stickers can be removed with acetone ! if it's a plastic container there is a chance it will burn the material though :((
You can use oil/peanut butter to remove the sticky residue, just make sure to wait a lil while and let it soak in. Then you rub the residue off
