I agree with your assesment, for me the two changes that I absolutely dont like is 'RSS' at 7 prov and 'Open Sesame' at 6 prov. Like that is the second bronze unit for NR at 7 prov and open sesame was not even problematic. 6 for a bronze crime card is too expensive and you cant find it through shady vendor which then also increases the chances of finding 'Pulling the strings' which is strong for gangs deck. Also don't like the Enslave buff but NG has been getting a lot of nerfs
