    That's a beautiful bird.
I parachuted out of an OV-10 at Camp Pendleton about 1989 when I served in 1st Force Recon Co. Clamshell removed. Three Marines in the back. Bronco flew nap of the earth to the DZ then popped up in a very steep near vertical climb. Green light came on. Released the lap belt. Slid out the back. Awesome jump.

Bro I was the Jump Master / safety at that Jump, if I recall correctly it was one of the last OV 10 jumps before the squadron deactivated the OV 10. I was the Platoon Sgt for 3rd platoon, I was at 1st Force from 87 to 92 by far the best time of my life.

Wow, the OV-10's were always a curiously cool looking bird. The acquisition, the "restoration" costs to "civilianize" it must require some serious coin.

True story: because the OV-10 has a fully articulated nose wheel it can be towed backwards with a tow bar attached to the main struts.
A navy chief at NAS Jacksonville went crazy when he saw me towing it that way of the ramp.
So I turned the tow truck around and pushed it back to the hanger with the nose wheel facing forward

It is designed for a truck or fork lift to backup and unload into the cargo hold. Four M-60C machine guns would be nice.

30 years ago my wife and I were hiking in the Sheep Canyon area of Anza Borrego State Park in San Diego County. As we topped a small hill, two USMC Broncos were flying down the canyon BELOW us. And we're talking a small, narrow canyon. One of the pilots looked up and waved at us through that huge glass canopy. That was an awesome hike!!

Last time I saw one of these in flight it was 75 degrees vertical, not a lot of altitude and 3 or 4 Marines falling out the back. With chutes of course. Aboard MCAS Cherrypoint.

The wingspan has always looked too short on all of the pictures I've seen of the OV-10 so I don't think its the video, nor do I think you're imagining it.
