I just watched the documentary Revolution Selfie: The Red Battalion. I didn't go into it knowing very much about the situation in the Philippines, but I found the film hugely inspiring.

For an understanding of modern imperialism I recommend Imperialism the Highest Stage of Capitalism by Lenin and Neocolonialism the Last Stage of Imperialism by Kwame Nukrumah. Both are great reads to get a good idea of how imperialism works and what it is in the capitalist era. There are more but these 2 are both easy recommendations. If you want more there is also Imperialism in the 21st Century by John Smith, Divided World Divided Class by Zak Cope, and Unequal Exchange and the Prospects of Socialism by The Communist Working Group.
The amount of information you manage to fit here is insane, keep the great content, communism will win. Btw the episode of the deprogram with you was amazing.
