Ultima Diy Props and Gaming | That is the 2P color variation of Smoke. You can pick it as the 1P by doing the below action for either console.
Xbox One - At the character select screen you hover over the character you want the alternate color with and push (X) to see their alternate outfits, you can then push the (Menu) button on anyone of the outfits to get the alternate color for that outfit.
PS4 - At the character select screen you hover over the character you want the alternate color with and push (Square) to see their alternate outfits, you can then push the (Options) button on anyone of the outfits to get the alternate color for that outfit.
