21:12 the way you talk to children is so important. What you said here is a good demonstration; I never had my parents speak to me this gentle growing up (as an African). So This is defo something I’m gonna incorporate when the time comes for me to have kids.

21:49 I’m not a parent, so this may not be useful/applicable to you. But from a pedagogical point of view (I’m a teacher) I can tell you that the “sandwiching” method for giving feedback is ideal! It’s good to start and end with something positive, and mention the negative between those!
