I know this is a joke but it is so sweet and I’m sure means so much to her that you observe and take note of these things she does. Being aware that she does them and that they may be symptoms of her adhd, and trying to understand them is so important in any relationship that includes a neurodivergent person 🥺

  • @roobee-doo

I swear, this is EXACTLY what living with adhd is like for me! Especially the parts about forgetting where you put stuff and zoning out mid conversation! I catch everyone i have a conversation with off guard by talking to them about one thing, zoning out, and then just randomly continuing a conversation i was having with myself in my head, because I forgot they can't tell what I'm talking about😂😂😂

@@Moon_54361 you're scared of having ADHD? It's not a scary thing, it's just a neurodivergency! There are benefits!

Yeah but you could say the same thing about inanimate objects like a radio tower or boiling water. The fact that it makes sounds does not entail a conscious attempt to communicate. It doesn't make much logical sense for them to develop any feeling as plants are destined to stick out anything that harms them or others. There's nothing they could do to prepare for an attack.

My ADHD tends to come out in hyperfocus and project procrastination over anxiety, but MY DAUGHTERS? Whew… yup.
I know you guys are probably exaggerating for laughs a bit, but thanks for sharing. And thanks for showing this to people so they know that some of these behaviors are innocent, not malicious. I’ve seen relationships ruined over less.
