I used the product two weeks ago and i love it and thank you so much for clarifying that the product is a deep conditioner and one can use it whenever they feel like using it and it is not a protein treatment only.

It works for my dry hair. I do not use it every wash day. I only use the hair mayonnaise about once a month. I use other deep conditioners as well. I hope this helps.

This is a protein treatment. It gave me severe protein overload because I used it as a moisture treatment. It's main ingredients are protein based. Google them. Thank me later because my hair was dry, straw-like and very brittle for months.

I’m in the US it’s about $6 or under. I thought it was a protein treatment. It actually strengthens my hair. My hair is stronger.

Ohkay, I have a question!! Wouldn't a moisture treatment say "nourish", "moisturize or hydration". Instead it says "strengthen". Any strengthen product mostly has protein in it....It's main ingredient is egg protein and mayonnaise!! How on earth would that be for moisture?? Like guys, ya'll going to end up with protein overload using this product like a moisture treatment??

Hi queen... even though egg is in it and it is said to be a protein treatment, the protein in egg is too large to fit between cuticles, hence, it moisturizes more than it actually gives protein. Hope this helps 🙂
I use this every 2 months and use a moisturizer conditioner every time I wash my hair. Even after I use this one. Got that trick from my friend whose a stylist.

Not embarrassing at all, please do a hair porosity test and you’ll know(research). Afrobotanics and Native Child have good leave in Conditioners, you can get at clicks and dischem

Yes ! You need to wash it out.
Can you leave it in overnight?
I would not recommend that at all. According to instructions you’re meant to keep in on for about 15minutes
Pls don’t use it and leave it in there, ur hair will fall out

How often should natural hair be washed/shampooed?
I personally shampoo once a month ( when my hair is really dirty and I have a lot of build up) and then co-wash for the rest of the month. You can create your own routine that Caters to your own needs, wash every week or every 2 weeks, do what works for you and your hair.

So my hair is so dry and I am guy, maybe it's because I wash it everyday and I only spray with castor oil detangle spray.

Oh wow I'm so excited you want to try out the product and yes akunyanzelekanga, i was just trying to work in sections on my hair and get the best out of the product. I also struggle with my hair getting very dry and brittle. Deep conditioning your hair will be very helpful in this regard. Also what hair porosity do you have? Which method of moisturizing do you use for your hair? LCO/LOC method? Please research on these and it help you understand how to better care for your hair. Hello, no this is a moisture treatment so you’d have to rinse it off.

Not really. Perhaps a light one because of the egg protein. But egg molecules do not penetrate the hair shaft.
