If everything is AR and Ai, why would it matter where you live. Just put on your VR goggles, headset, etc, and suddenly you live on a tropical island on the beach. If you MUST drive to work the VR and Ai would show you driving through a lovely garden, park, mountain trail. When people physically come to visit, hand out VR goggles and they see you dressed in the latest designer wardrobe in a superbly decorated, magnificent mansion. Serve a big mac and they see and taste wagyu, or whatever is the current trend. If your goal is to impress people why spend real $$$$$$.?

from this moment we have the meta quest 3 and the apple vision pro, but with the system at this level of scanning and recognize apart that this are glases that you can wear with comfort, i think is going to take around 15 years to reach that point, but probably with the exponencial developing of AI in going to be sooner.
