The season was very poorly received by the community but it had an amazing FNCS that came down to the final game! With huge names like Hen, Jannis, Chapix, Vadeal, Noahreyli, Tayson, Mr. Savage, and Queasy going head to head for the axe of champions!

Damn i did'nt knew savage was this close to win in szn 6, honestly i would have wanted him to win rather tan queasy, but they did an amazing job that szn too so well deserved to everyone
It was such a crazy tournament, savage and vadeal have a great chance if they stay together
Yh savage and vadeal are one of the best duos rn, but they have to figure out how to counter veno and queasy

The issue I had with the season was the objectively worse guns added to the loot pool.
Usually new guns are side grades, strong in some situations, weak in others.
But the makeshift weapons were always objectively worse than any other gun in their family.
That is the whole point of makeshift weapons though?

I don't know why people complain so much about makeshift weapons if you had a decent landing spot then you wouldn't have any trouble whatsoever getting a non makeshift weapon in like 20 seconds, just head to the junkyard or land near boney burbs and you would have either a purple pump or a purple primal rifle, in neither requires like any effort

Landing junkyard definitely helped with alleviating the annoyance of makeshift weapons, but it didn’t nullify the problem. The issue was that the entire loot pool and flow of the game was slowed by the makeshift weapons. Meaning that if you landed anywhere else on the map, you had to spend the early game still getting regular weapons. I think there was 3 chest spawns max in junkyard as well, so unless you were solo, it didn’t have enough loot for your party. Junkyard was nice, but it didn’t make the makeshift weapon problem obsolete.
Even though lots of people hated this season, I kinda liked it because it was something different and I could compete better than other seasons.
thats me with vibin'. I will die on the hill that even tho the BP and Story were mid, the lootpool and gameplay loop was dynamic and fun as heck

Although I might be biased cause it's the season in which I started playing, It's still my favorite season ever. I really liked the makeshift weapons, I really liked improving my combat against the outer spire guardians who didn't have as much health, and the theme for it was really cool

This is the only season that I watched fncs for and I really liked this season and it was the first season where i got to tier 100 and past it
Also they added the infantry rifle near the end of this season and it was literally stronger than all of the other weapons

Na the pois were badass, and while the weopons sucked a bit they require practically no effort to craft them

This season was actually good for my playstyle & was one of my best solo seasons ever.. I had a 38% win rate & 6.5kd & I'm PS4 with 50 ping
Same it was my second best season for comp. I was the most consistent here. I just landed John Wick house every game and got a spaz 100% everytime
Ur so lucky you get to play on 50 ping mann. I hit 110 constant (used to be 80) idk what happened

This is the season i quit, it was SO bad i couldnt even finish the battle pass, which i had always done s8- c2 s6. Only recently i have came back, and i feel this season is gonna make me quit too
Idk what ppl hated about this season I was a bit let down but it was still a great season in my opinion

I honestly would rather take chapter 2 season 6 over any chapter 3 and 4 season. Chapter 3 and 4 is so garbage and unplayable

i strangely loved season 6. very cool switch on the main formula i was used to in fortnite

c2 s6 is acually one of my favorite seasons i created my own drop spot what i would do is land at a gas station near one of those weather stations not in the snow tho go to a gas station down the hill loot up to to a chug truck get 100 100 go like 10 meters away to an npc who gave you gold for mining brick there was like a conscruction site there lots of brick i would get enough gold to upgrade to a blue makeshift at the small junkyard with the dummy npc and get parts and metal from the smashed cars that stay in junkyards if i got a blue ar i would sometimes walk way purple spaz and scar i never saw anyone doing that route i believe i was the only one who did that route i discoverd that like in the first 2 to 3 days of the season

I'm not even gonna lie to you. This season was bad. But, I do remember enjoying it a lot and it is nostalgic in a way to me. People were right about the makeshift weapons because they did terrible damage with bad magazine sizes.
Ia free just watching pros having crazy bow kills and purple pumps often was fun
Chapter 4 season 3 is worse
I tried to get back into fn in the middle of the szn and hated the game So it took like an extra 8 months before I started grinding to go pro. If it didn't suck I maybe would already be a pro pr at least be even closer than I am
