As much as I love how the threepeat happened, I do have to put my biases aside and say if it weren't for day 2 having double points in Grand Royale, Bugha, Mero, and Dukez may not have won. They were still top 3 going into day two, but it wasn't dominant by any means because the day one
what are you yapping about everyone had the same advantage of 2x points they were just better than every one else accept it
Everyone had 2x points not just bugha. If they had been normal poijts and bugha performed he wouldve won

I quit fortnite two years ago, but I am almost confident in saying that Bugha is the only person to rival TaySon for being called the best in the world. I'm not too sure though, I haven't been around for ages. I left after Chapter 3 Season 1. At the time Bugha and TaySon were the two best in the world, and in my eyes, Bugha was superior.
Back in early chapter 3 yeah the argument was a little closer but by the end of chapter 4 it was undebatable mero is the goat of NA and at least top 3 world wide. Notice how in every single one of Bugha’s fncs wins he had mero on his team, and mero continued to get 3 more fncs wins after they split up. There’s a common factor, and it’s always mero.

Bugha is a solo player so it would make sense that his 3peat was in duos cause it's easier to play with duos

he was still placing though?i hate when people think just because they dont win that they "fell off"

It's kinda hard to say that someone is bad or fell off because they did bad in squads and trios tourneys. solo tourneys are the only real way to determine pure skill of an individual player
that is completely wrong, to be the best player, u have to be proficient at adapting to different modes of the games, developing chemistry and coordination with teammates, and most importantly getting good with the current meta

Only when you easily win like Bugha did in the World Cup, winning by a few points in solos isn't as defining as winning a team mode as solos is more rng based than the other modes
