My strategy is to list on the MLS more eyes on the properties normally means a better sales price, I’ll let anyone else that I know is interested in a particular property know that the property is going on the MLS 2 or 3 days before it lists normally to give them a sense of urgency and a sense of knowing it’s available before the wider general public.
