Jilly's Car Wash - 2

As a first time user, I was not impressed with the human services and it took longer than expected.
The first person or lady who took my information for first time membership took too long (about 10 minutes) and couldn't get my phone number correctly 3x when my card wouldn't process because she entered wrong phone number.
Then when I told one of the guys who did the "prep" work to get the bird poop from the back of my car, he didn't do it when he was spraying my car.
I still found the bird poop on my car AFTER the car wash after paying $24!
It is normally $39.99 monthly for membership unlimited which I don't plan on getting for the dissatisfaction.
Not sure if underflush was done or not but everything else that the car wash automation did was good.
