It is builds like this that I can't get enough of! It's more American than any Harley rolling off the line in 2019 because this encompasses the ingenuity and craftsmanship and spirit of the true motorcycle builder. Fantastic job, looks killer and sounds awesome! I appreciate you taking the time to film this process.
I come across this video at least once a year, and this is by far the cleanest KZ bobber I've seen ever. Such a good-looking bike.
One of the coolest bobbers l've seen...l am 63 yrs. old, am a Harley guy but, would be proud to ride your build.
That sled takes me back to the days when my KZ-1000 stroker ruled the track ,bikes were much more beautiful back in the 70s because engines weren't hidden behind panels and shocks were part of the styling .
Amazing machine!! I love the color and the star on the tank, Thank you for sharing your skills with us.. Keep them coming Dan @ Cafe Racer Garage
I love seeing guys building different bikes besides Harleys. I own several bikes including Harleys, its just nice to see different bikes being built.
Great job
Love your work mate. Thanks for taking us through everything you did.
This is the coolest bike I have ever seen! I’ve watched this video like 6 times now, and I would die to have that bike!! Such great work!
Well done. Having the right tools and doing it all in house makes it so much better.
Great to see bikes being made. People don't appreciate what goes into it. Thanks for showing. Hope the new owner posted videos of it on the road
Another Great looking and running bobber ! Thanks for sharing by the way !
Very nice Chris, I really love the way you build your own tools to make things easier.
Beautiful, simple yet aggressive, looks comfy as well...awesome job !!!
Had a 1982 KZ750 bought new. Loved that bike.
Very cool to watch the process of placement and building parts. Thanks for sharing!
I had a 78 kz650sr and put 135k on it! Most dependable bike ever, I miss it and loved it!
That little pipe bender, with the impact gun genius
G'day Chris this really bought back some great memories I built a K650 when I was in my twenties I'm now 61 it was a bit different than yours it had a big bore kit in it and other things that are to numerous to mention, it was great watching the build and I wish I had a photo of mine but thank you for filming it she turned out terrific, kind regards John Kinnane Tasmania Australia
Amazing work. Sick painting. Really like the fenders.
Perfect bike. Looking forward to the next one!
Very cool. Rode a chopped '58 Triumph for years but had a Kawi triple before that and many others as a kid. Yeah very cool bike. Awesome work.
Very nice work you guys. Nice shop/tools too. It's nice to have a shop where one can do just about everything there. Hope you're all still at it.
There's so many talented bike builders out there it so great to see
Built a lowrider z650 b1
Back in 1992.
Had the bike for years
Before chopping it.
. Hard tail 6 inch extension
Std rake single down tube.
4 drag pipes. Straight through...leader kit on carbs k&Ns
Suzuki gs 1000 rear wheel.
All black & chrome.
FTW...LIVE TO RIDE. RIDE TO LIVE
It's one of the coolest and complex build I've seen. Great job
i really like how everything was done in house. great job!
What a f.... beatiful bike!!!!!! Amazing job Chris!
SWEET RIDE... PLEASURE WATCHING YOU GUYS WORK...
Nice fab work, and a great finished product. I like the simplicity of it all.
Damn, the difference between the before and after of the carbs being synced. That was cool to see. I'll have to get myself one of those sync tools. Great vid, awesome bike!
I had one of those back in the day .. however , mine certainly didn't look like that ... awasome job ! Thanks for the video 👍
Love it. My first bike, back in the 90s was a 78 kz650. Didn't look that good. Right now I'm building a 74 cb750 in Amen Savior.
Finally you made more videos! I love your stuff! Fantastic!
Beautiful bike! I had a mid 80's KZ650. On a really good day I could redline it in the twisties for a few corners without killing myself (but completely terrifying myself). Nowadays I stay the hell away from redline. Getting rid of the twin front disk brakes, relying on the rear drum brake and fixed strut rear suspension is a real lifestyle commitment.
Awesome work Chris. Those old Kawasaki's and Honda CB's will run forever when properly taken care of... yours turned out beautiful. I'm rebuilding a 77 CB750 Super Sport from the ground up, but I'm doing it out of my home garage, which presents some fun challenges. Thanks for sharing the video, hope you'll do more like this.
I am not much on choppers, but I dig this little bike!!!! Love the powdercoat on the tanks and fender, love the stitching on the seat cover, love the details like the bottle opener and leather grips....Just the thing for TT racing.....Tavern to Tavern!!!!
Got my bike build fix...
Nice work Brother
Always been a fan of clean and simple on these affordable bikes.

You guys do extraordinary work! Impressive skills! Great video.
My first bike was a 78. Great job!
I like the compressed air trick, sliding the grips on. I use women's hairspray, but will now try your way. Thanks. Great rebuild, good looking bike.
Love your work! That is a gorgeous bike.
Well made video. Nice balance of quality video, sound, techniques, voice over. Just everything in general. Educational and entertaining. Thanks for taking the time to make this! Oh and can't wait to put my Tuffside seat and matching grips on my cafe project!
You're a cool guy man and this video is relaxing to watch, you know watching as the project takes shape. Amazing result on the baking. Didn't know that it goes in stages like that and how the raw material looked when applied and what not. Learned a thing or two. Good stuff.
love that colour. Never thought about powdercoating the tank and fenders before.
Excellent....Loved the powder coating green-black....sounds great too....

Desmond some of the most experienced bikers from the hills are doing good with their elementary school education to be able to get online and reply at all.
K Jr. And if you build bikes you got the biker seal of approval
"Im a harley guy myself" .... what does that mean?
You guys are a bunch of mean girls . Dude liked the bike he might have struggled with some of the spelling but we knew what he was saying . So eat shit .

Dude, Chappell, I hope to see a lot more videos from you man! There Fuckin Awesome and inspiring! This is something I’m really wanting to get into, my only problem is the funds and not having a Garage. I love the process and magic of powder coating! The things you coat always look crazy at first.... and then you bake them.. . And magic happens! Keep up the great work.

I did something similar back in the day and after 20 min had put in earplugs! lol. And my trip took 2 hours with those earplugs and when I took them out I couldn't hear but half normal!
