Is it possible to remove the service charge altogether from the free version? That is, removing all fields that have to do with the amount a client pays for a service/services and also excluding it in the summary page?

We understand what you're trying to achieve, but currently, there's no plugin functionality that allows you to completely remove all mentions of service costs from your website, even if you set the price as "0". So in this case, we may only recommend you use CSS to hide it from your website and also modify your email templates to remove prices from your booking confirmation and other emails.

Please be informed that all the email templates our Appointment Booking plugin uses are edited in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Appointments > Settings > Emails tab. {reservations_details} is a temple part that can be customized separately for a website admin and customers under the "Temple Parts" section on this page.
