- this is part 1 of my new mini-series, rebuilding magnolia promenade with multi-functional lots. this lot includes a bridal shop, a café and a hookah lounge/bar space for your sims to enjoy!

you should make a lot that has a photografy studio, so we can take sims to make family photos!!

Love the builds (the blue in the hookah lounge/bar is such a vibe) and huge congrats on grad school! A few ideas for the other buildings in case any of them work:
- A co-working space for sims in the freelance career (especially writer, designers, and programmers)
- Even though there's a studio in the bridal shop, there could be a small photo studio where sims come to get family photos, portraits, etc.
- A content room, basically where sims who create content on the video station come to record since they can't afford to buy a full set-up yet. Usually these content rooms have different backdrops to fit the type of content the person wants to make.
- A retro ice-cream shop for dates with the photobooth from HSY etc.
OMG congratulations on getting into grad school!!! We love a multi-slay queen. So glad we can still get vids while you have so much going on.

I absolutely love this build (and multi functional lots!!) I think one of my favourite things to do is browse the gallery and fill worlds with builds. I love having worlds that are cohesive so I’m really excited that you are planning all 4 lots in magnolia promenade 😊.

I would think to have the lot themed. So the bridal studio could have maybe a bakery and salon/spa also

Do sims show up and use the non-assigned types on the lot? I always struggle a bit with multi-use lots - if I have to go out to manage worlds and change lot types to use the other parts of the lot properly it gets a bit difficult?

I have a challenge for you. Get yourself a PS4 console. Then download The Sims 4 and all of its packs. Then I want you to try to build up all of your worlds. Just the way you like it. And see if it runs. I bet you will be disappointed. 😂😂😂
