On the occasion of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, here is the new edition of HR Talk by Disneyland Paris, presented by Elisabetta Marigliano. Four speakers have honored us with a discussion on the commitments of companies to the recruitment and inclusion of these employees.
How can companies promote recruitment and inclusion? How do they address the fears of these workers? What about temporary employment for people with disabilities?
