What an excellent buy bro and good find I was going to say it dose look like the windmere fan with its design and blade set can’t wait to see you service it soon i enjoyed the video
My grandmother had this exact same fan when I was like 4 or 5 years old. I remembered seeing the fan for the first time when the air conditioning broke around 2008-09. I remembered the barrings were practically shot to the point where they would just chatter and it eventually locked up. I took it apart several times I oiled it with zoom spout and other lubricants. It was eventually tossed without my permission in 2018 and replaced with a modern alternative.
Look for oil ports on top of the motor. I have the same model but different color. It has small holes drilled in the motor housing directly over the ports. I didn’t see if yours has the drilled holes, but I’d guess the oil ports are there.
Stupendous video of the Cool~Breeze™ model California-126,000! This is almost certainly an 80s model, that double W flower logo thing is their first logo. Probably made by Ku Hsing (KS) but I'm not sure about that yet.
Yall better hold on to then cool breeze fans these are repairable...but for some reason that logo when you look at it...its very high vibratonal...reminds me of a very peaceful nature with them 2 branches/trees blowing in the wind
That bearing sound brings me back memory’s, of this 70s or 80s desk fan my great grandparents had I remember it quite well. It was under the name Ronaire or Ronair it was 12” it had blue non transparent blades and for some reason the base was so yellow it looked tan it definitely needed oil it made that same noise on low but much more pronounced and it almost stopped instantly. It had the same chrome badge not the same logo though.

Looks very decent, it has the same grills as the vintage Holmes and Aaron's desk fans I used to have.

And was made in the late 70s early 80s
Hopefully you'll get the bearings oiled and blades cleaned soon bro good Table fan initial checkout
I had a fan just like this one, but I had to throw it out because the blades would not turn properly when you turned it on.

That Graphic logo is by Collins Co. LTD in Taiwan the original company its made by
That graphic is depicting 2 trees in wind.
I always thought the badge on these fans was depicting a pair of trees.
Looks like a KMC Tatung Windmere it's a nice fan
