Great video... is it possible to use regular a4 paper or only roll?
Nope, it would have to be thermal paper.
Is it the light setup you have that make the papers look darker? At 5:43 when Phomemo is on the right, the papers look darker. At 6:50 when Mark Life is on the right, the paper looks darker.
Nope, that's actually a difference om the actual paper. The one that came in the Phomemo by default was a bit silky but darker. I swapped then around to see if they effect print quality but the result was the same, regardless of paper used.
Great video; looking into a thermal printer as my gf wants a printer and I really don't want a big bulky device next to my clean pc setup lol.
This is a great choice. The thermal paper is a bit expensive but it saves you a lot of inconvenience.
