Hi Jamie, we get a tax form here in the states anytime the win is over $1199.00 so unfortunately yes on the $1200 we get the tax form. This year I think I've hit $1200.00 a few times which is really annoying. This set amount was made back in the 1970's and it's been mentioned the last couple years that they might raise it to $5,000 but as usual our government isn't getting much done.
