Here’s a suggestion for the bamboo farm: to save on iron, you can just have the one hopper point into the chest because you’ll have the hopper minecart doing all the collecting. Then you can replace the rest of the normal hoppers with just any block. Hope that made sense. I’m not a good speaker lol
For the bamboo (fuel farm), you don't need to place hoppers all the way under the kart, if you dont have that much Iron only put one Hopper in front of the chest . I also recommand doing an Iron farm, not the easier farm but worth it 😁
For fewer piston cycles of the farms, use only 1 observer in the middle, and you can extend the farm up to 14 blocks on both sides of the observer. You'll get more harvest per piston cycle and have less noise in your world.

Bamboo doesn't grow fast enough to be used for fuel unless you have a massive farm. It takes four pieces of bamboo to smelt anything, and it takes roughly six minutes to grow two blocks. Considering a furnace burns 16 bamboo in 37 seconds flat, you would need around 160 bamboo to never run out. If you want to cook half a stack it will take two stacks of bamboo.
my bamboo farm is 20 stalks ( allbeit allowed to grow up to around 9 blocks before activating an observer) and constantly sits overloaded. furthermore its not just feeding one oven but a bank of 10 fed by auto minecarts....i think you are wrong on this one bud. its def a viable fuel source. Hello Gorillo! I have been watching your videos since you started and i just wanna say that i love them! You always help me in my builds and i wanna say thank you :)
For the fuel farm, you can just use one hopper on the bottom into the chest. And 1 Redstone block sends off a signal for 8 blocks. So potentially one Redstone block (ot a redstone torch or two) at the bottom worould work as well for those looking to save on some resources. ♡
It's work very useful in survival. I like the cobblestone generator because it is useful for me who likes to build by needing a lot of cobblestone blocks. Thanks gorillo!🙂
The design is great but I don't think a cobblestone generator would be quite useful in regular survival... I mean, there is plenty of stone that you can mine while looking for other materials like iron, redstone, lapis, diamonds... Perhaps it would be more suitable for a Skyblock map.
For the unlimited fuel farm, you can just make your own small lava pool above ground, place dripstone right below the lava on the blocks (stone is perfect for it) and cauldron below it so it will make unlimited lava, you can place bucket of lava in the furnance.
For the fuel farm all those hoppers are not needed you can put just one in the middle and I wouldn’t even recommend that I’d recommend a zero tick kelp farm which is way faster, cheaper, and can also be switched to a bonemeal farm which is also faster.
Haven’t played Minecraft in many years ! Started playing again for an hour or 2 at night after work and these farms have helped me a lot! Your a legend cheers 💪🏼 about to go watch your sugar cane farm videos now after seeing that the bamboo farm uses the same design! Cheers 🍻👌🏼😁
I used the cactus farm on my world for switch bedrock edition but the cactus do not grow at all, I have this same exact build block for block and over the course of days and days I only have like 2 bone meal. What could I possibly be doing wrong? The cactus just don’t seem to grow at all
I think I've found out why. ruclips.net/video/FuBZdTROkdQ/видео.html This video explains how this type of farm is really really slow for bonemeal. The video uses a way bigger design with multiple layers, but still only makes 100 bonemeal per hour. So this cactus farm is really simple, but its very very slow.
If you built the cactus composter and want cacti you can switch out the composter with a barrel and switch it back when your done. I also recommend a minimum of three layers to get something (more if composting)
For Cobblestone generator's AFK you can use this trick: Hold click your mouse and press F3+T while you are breaking the stones. After it loads it will break the stones infinity without you as soon as you click again with your mouses
You should make a cooked chicken farm by using your chicken cooker and the bamboo farm to put it in the furnace to make a automatic cooked chicken farm
Ok so for the stone farm part of this, i'm having an issue where 1) a fire keeps lighting at the spot where you stand to mine the rock the lava is forming, and 2) the lava eventually overtakes the water and I end up with lava running where there should be stone forming. Any idea's what I have going on? The only difference in the way you built it and mine is i'm using cobblestone deepslate as the building blocks, but everything else is the exact same
' i apologise for the annoying minecart noise ' its ok its not like the whole video is ruined we fans still love you i feel so happy when watching your videos no matter how many times i have watched it.
If you have seeds in one of the dispensers in the auto food farm i bet someone would be able to hooke up a hopper minecart and hopper system or something like that to automate it PS: in newer versions of Java the auto crop farm's piston doesn't break the crops so its just a speed farm
11:55 Instead of this method, instead keep the chest, then put another minecart with hopper under it, and have it link up to a super smelter for automatic fuel.
man how is it 2021 and minecraft youtubers are STILL not putting materials lists in their farm videos. At least put it in the description instead of all of the promotional garbage
Don’t be a fool because you don’t know how to do anything right in this game you might as well just play the DANM GAME INSTEAD OF TYPING OUT YOUR LIFE STORY FOR ALL TO SEE NO ONE CARES
I made the cactus/bonemeal farm but it's extremely slow to grow, I have the lights inside and copied exactly like the video but I'm on bedrock, is it different on bedrock or is it always this slow? (1 cactus going into the composter every minute or so with 4 layers) Edit: I waited a little longer and it started speeding up but it's still really slow for the amount of bonemeal I need lol rip great design tho.
If you have enough observers and sticky pistons, you can make the melon pumpkin afk farm and add composters instead of chests and you'll have much more bonemeal than you could ever ask for. The only bottleneck would be the amount of composters.

I haven’t tried it out yet but it sometimes matter what version and if you’re on bedrock or Java like with iron farms for example, I recommend trying to switch versions or from bedrock to Java / Java to bedrock
I'm super dumb for not knowing that cactus can be turned into bone meal. The only thing I know about cactus is you can farm exp with it. Thanks for the video!!!
I've "created" a type of fuel farm, you need to make an large aquarium with seaweed, so you collect it, put into an fireplace to dry, make a block and use in your furnaces, but to be functional you will need to make and redstone system to collect the seaweed, or you pick it yourself and put into the fireplaces to make the dried seaweed Idk if this idea was created before ne thinking, but it works, and it all that matters ;)
Just a quick note from someone who learned the hard way, farms that utilize minecarts are very noisy. Keep them far enough from your home area to not be bothered.

For the fuel farm all those hoppers are not needed you can put just one in the middle and I wouldn’t even recommend that I’d recommend a zero tick kelp farm which is way faster, cheaper, and can also be switched to a bonemeal farm which is also faster.
a little tip: for the stone farm, you can build a haste 2 beacon nearby (or underground) to run the farm faster :)
A better tip if you have haste 2 beacon you can use tge other design by shulkercraft
Every time I watch these videos I realize exactly how much of a noob I still am. Well done!
Haven’t played Minecraft in many years ! Started playing again for an hour or 2 at night after work and these farms have helped me a lot! Your a legend cheers 💪🏼 about to go watch your sugar cane farm videos now after seeing that the bamboo farm uses the same design! Cheers 🍻👌🏼😁
i'm starting play minecraft 2days ago, and i found this vidio
thanks your vidio really helpful for newbie like me.
you can also use the bamboos for made sticks and trade with villagers
Wow REALLY?!?!?!?!? I DID NOT KNOW THAT very inspiring!
With the auto crop farm, you can push the till soil into a hopper minecart and the crops can flow in a storage system
Great tutorials , keep it up !👍🏻❤
I never knew you could compost Cacti. and I've been playing minecraft for years!
I used the cactus farm on my world for switch bedrock edition but the cactus do not grow at all, I have this same exact build block for block and over the course of days and days I only have like 2 bone meal. What could I possibly be doing wrong? The cactus just don’t seem to grow at all
Currently having the same problem on java edition. Still not sure how to fix
I think I've found out why. ruclips.net/video/FuBZdTROkdQ/видео.html
This video explains how this type of farm is really really slow for bonemeal.
The video uses a way bigger design with multiple layers, but still only makes 100 bonemeal per hour.
So this cactus farm is really simple, but its very very slow.
@@bananascannotfly2896 I can't get my hopper to work with my composter on the switch. It just goes straight through to the chest. Any ideas?
If you built the cactus composter and want cacti you can switch out the composter with a barrel and switch it back when your done.
I also recommend a minimum of three layers to get something (more if composting)
For the bamboo farm, you only need to use 1 observer, but more is better.
For Cobblestone generator's AFK you can use this trick:
Hold click your mouse and press F3+T while you are breaking the stones. After it loads it will break the stones infinity without you as soon as you click again with your mouses
This is a beautiful content 👌 thanks for making my days happier
You should make a cooked chicken farm by using your chicken cooker and the bamboo farm to put it in the furnace to make a automatic cooked chicken farm
Ok so for the stone farm part of this, i'm having an issue where 1) a fire keeps lighting at the spot where you stand to mine the rock the lava is forming, and 2) the lava eventually overtakes the water and I end up with lava running where there should be stone forming. Any idea's what I have going on? The only difference in the way you built it and mine is i'm using cobblestone deepslate as the building blocks, but everything else is the exact same
Yes!, I’m having this exact problem, But I’ve also noticed that none of the cobblestone goes to the chest
Edit: spelling errors
I’m having the same problem, could possibly be a 1.19 update so you can’t use this anymore bc of a change they did or something 🤷♂️
Thank you bro, I hope you get 1 million subscribers
Damn this is a whole new level
That bamboo fuel idea is going to save me so much coal!
' i apologise for the annoying minecart noise '
its ok its not like the whole video is ruined
we fans still love you
i feel so happy when watching your videos no matter how many times i have watched it.
If you have seeds in one of the dispensers in the auto food farm i bet someone would be able to hooke up a hopper minecart and hopper system or something like that to automate it
PS: in newer versions of Java the auto crop farm's piston doesn't break the crops so its just a speed farm
11:55
Instead of this method, instead keep the chest, then put another minecart with hopper under it, and have it link up to a super smelter for automatic fuel.
man how is it 2021 and minecraft youtubers are STILL not putting materials lists in their farm videos.

Man just memorize the whole thing rewatch i just do it all the time
great video very thorough and clear,
btw what video editor
I made the cactus/bonemeal farm but it's extremely slow to grow, I have the lights inside and copied exactly like the video but I'm on bedrock, is it different on bedrock or is it always this slow? (1 cactus going into the composter every minute or so with 4 layers)
Edit: I waited a little longer and it started speeding up but it's still really slow for the amount of bonemeal I need lol rip great design tho.
If you have enough observers and sticky pistons, you can make the melon pumpkin afk farm and add composters instead of chests and you'll have much more bonemeal than you could ever ask for. The only bottleneck would be the amount of composters.
Put random tick speed to 10 or above
@@python.pydroid9463 Literally cheating
i don't know why i like to see something like this.
the auto food farm doesn't work, the crop grows
but doesn't get harvested
It used to work. I think it got patched. I was using it a few weeks ago. Went back today, and it doesn’t work anymore
@@AmnHerrera wait then this is kinda clickbait right?
cause it doesn't work on 1.19 and the title says it works from 1.19
@@aaarandomer346 well it did worked on 1.19 7 months ago when he uploaded the video… it was actually working just a few days ago. Just doesn’t work now
Ty for the farms. I am subscribed now😉!!!!
Great video. The only complaint I have is on the auto crop farm. The farm land breaks every half stack of crop that you get. Is there any way around that?
Ik this is six months old but did you not have a water source block
I’d use Bamboo as a fuel source except that Lava is also renewable. Only downside is needing lots of Cauldrons, drip stone ad buckets to collect them.
I built the cactus farm exactly how he did and the cactus won’t grow at all
These farms, however are far better than any other i’ve seen. Well done
1st one doesnt work anymore wtf
the auto crop farm doesnt work
I haven’t tried it out yet but it sometimes matter what version and if you’re on bedrock or Java like with iron farms for example, I recommend trying to switch versions or from bedrock to Java / Java to bedrock
The bone meal farm was sick u killed it dude
Gɪᴍᴍᴇ ᴛʜᴇ sʜᴀᴅᴇʀ🥺
I'm super dumb for not knowing that cactus can be turned into bone meal. The only thing I know about cactus is you can farm exp with it. Thanks for the video!!!
I've "created" a type of fuel farm, you need to make an large aquarium with seaweed, so you collect it, put into an fireplace to dry, make a block and use in your furnaces, but to be functional you will need to make and redstone system to collect the seaweed, or you pick it yourself and put into the fireplaces to make the dried seaweed
Idk if this idea was created before ne thinking, but it works, and it all that matters ;)
Seaweed is called kelp, and fireplace is called furnace (the version with wood in it is a smoker)
@@minatimanil no, into the REAL fireplaces to dry the kelp without cost, because into the furnace consumes too much coal
Thanks Bro Thanks, I Have Build This Builds In My SMP And All SMP Members Are Very Impressed For My Builds Thank You
You’re design is so cool for the bonemeal farm
Just a quick note from someone who learned the hard way, farms that utilize minecarts are very noisy.
Keep them far enough from your home area to not be bothered.
