Isles of the Emberdark might be the most Fantasy name for a Fantasy book I've ever heard and I love it. Way of Kings, Mistborn, even Elantris, you might not know what the genre was. But Isle of the Emberdark, you know your in for a Fantasy adventure.
Lol the first time a friend of mine tried to convince me to read the Way of Kings, I thought it was a historical fiction based in the title (they refused to tell me anything about the book, just pestered me to read, and I am stubborn)

Sets the mood. 25:24 - a skybreaker threatening people with a shardgun... either something went terribly wrong, or something went TERRIBLY wrong. Although he *did* ask for legality details. Armor first being described glowing purple and then inviting blue, all the more reason for me to suspect Nomad... And then cutting the chapter on "...yours." - you are really good at leaving us hanging, ey? Jokes on you, i'm into this particular kind of torture! A starship, an engineering room, a mention of awakened metalminds and how she never trusted them, ah, this feels oh so nostalgic...

I'm pretty sure the knight was a skybreaker because of him asking about the laws on first of the sun, also the skybreaker glyph looks kinda like a bird how dusk described it

probably because that chapter brandon has read to us before so it was not new to most of us. The Dragon and Yolen stuff is new to us and very exciting. not that the super war isn't gonna be exciting, weve just been aware of it for some time.
I reakon bullets of some sort - makes sense that a spren can become the shape of a gun/function like one, but not really that it could fire part of itself (in the form of bullets) over a distance. That's my guess at least!

Point of note, Brandon. (when describing the white scales). Wouldn't it be a 'tint' of white, not shade? Shade is adding black to a base color, but there is no base color to white. It's your world though! Looking forward to holding the project once completed.
To be fair albinism doesn’t always mean a complete lack of melanin but a severe lack of it. I personally have albinism but don’t have a complete lack of melanin so I don’t have complete white hair.

What I REALLY want to see is an army of futuristic Radiants with Shardguns and Stormlight powered battleships fighting against an army of Mistings, Mistborns, Feruchemists, Hemalurgic beings, and all sorts of combinations with crazy contraptions that helps them best utilize their own powers.
