Hello di! Excellent lesson as always.Cellophane paper is available in all stationery shops here in Mumbai. It's called 'book wrapping paper' since students use it to cover their books. It costs Rs. 20 a meter.The important thing is that since it is used for covering purposes the roll actually has two sheets of cellophane pressed together as a single sheet. They can be easily seperates though, by peeling off one from the other at the corner. Then the single layers that come off can be used to make cones. I used to use both layers together earlier, and the cones would be very stiff, and the paste would get trapped between the layers. Now, since I use single layers, and the technique you taught to make cones, the cones work extremely well.I end up getting 2 meters of cellophane this way for Rs. 20, which is very economical, and the cones are easy to make and very durable just like you mentioned. This makes them very useful for practice especially.
i think you are talking about lamination paper.... cellophane paper is a bit different... the cellophane paper is one in which suits or shirts are packed ..
I want to say thank you very very much. I do face painting for fun raisers like: The Relay for Life and Read Across America. Since these are fund raisers I do not get paid and I pay for my own supplies. I wanted to learn more that I could do than just paint faces. I learned about Henna from my daughter. This tutorial has made it so much easier for afford. I love the idea of using hand lotion to practice with. I rolled my own cones and I have learned so much. Thank you again because of your tutorial I was able to provide a service that helped raise money to fight cancer and helped to give children books to read. Thank you
I think the nikita style cone is very nice and easy! Mai to nikita wala cone pasand karungi! Ye thoda tricky hai! Par practice karte karte sikh jaungi!☺️
hi mam. am very very happy today. I made a cone all by myself as simple as u made it with in a minute but I don't have any cellophane paper. I used a folder to make a cone that comes for preserving papers. it came out good but the size of the cone is big. and I used the henna paste from the cone available in the market. this video helped me a lot. thank you so much mam. love u so much

Ok the precut thin plastic is size 6"x5". Now what is the size dimensions of the longer preferred plastic that you cut by yourself and also the size for the thicker cellophane??? Thank you I have fallen in love with your helpful videos.

I like 5 by 6 for thick or 5 by 7 for thin as it gives more layer to make it sturdy
