I recently discovered your videos and have started listening to them often. The other ones that I have listened to lack the professionalism or quality of yours. Many of them, the whispering, the rain, the voice, the words, the music I have found to be more irritating than relaxing. You take the time to induce the state of mind or trance that will enable your mind to be more receptive of the suggestions. I am going through a very difficult, emotional time now worrying about the path of my 25 year old daughter. I listened to this before I got out of bed today to try to start the day without crying or feeling hopeless. This helped to calm me. Thank you, Suzanne, for enabling me to have a better moment, a better day.
Interesting, I’m a 25 year old female struggling-listening to this trying to cope with my mom not being worried about my path, good on you for taking that initiative and hopefully things get better for you daughter and myself ❤️🩹
You are amazing 👏 at what you do!! I can't belive you dont have more likes!! I am so glad I found you!!!! I have insomnia from ptsd and have been on Ambien for about 20 yrs. I tried to lower my dose and have even tried to stop ✋ taking it. The only thing that would happen was I couldn't sleep for days. Or maybe doze off after day #5 of no sleep 😴 but never completely slept. Then it would cause a manic episode of depression or cause me to be suicidal 😢😞
Since I started listening to you I can sleep without taking any sleeping pillow. I dose off into a beautiful deep Sleep . I can't say THANK YOU enough

At first I couldn’t stop smiling bc I felt so happy about the feeling of relaxation in my body and mind but deeper into the meditation I suddenly started to cry and it felt so relieving it was truly wonderful I never experienced anything like this before. I feel so confident, loved comfortable and worthy now!

Wow! I really enjoyed that. I normally cant sit through meditations longer than a few minutes but I felt so relaxed with the hypnosis aspect. Im very grateful for this, not only did I complete this but im about to see what else you have lol. thank you so much.

I believe this worked because I fell asleep listening to this and when I woke up this morning, I had a newfound attitude towards my situation. My question is do I have to listen to this when I am consciously able to hear it because I did fall asleep but I was already sleepy also do I have to listen to this for a certain amount of days?

Should this be used often?
I would listen a few times. Listen to it once a week for 3/4 weeks and in between listen to something with positive statements focusing on the new beliefs about your self you are creating and making into actual beliefs.
Make sense? Let me know how it goes. The daily one does not need to be long … 10 mins is good :)
I love your videos but What do you do when meditation brings up bad memories? The escalator was a trigger for me and had to stop.

I enjoy & appreciate these, but find that the end can feel 'rushed'. The coming back is too quick. We need time to get back on the escalator to return to ourself, so to speak. And some time of no talking after that, just music, as more often than not you're blasted by an annoying YT ad while you're still coming round. Just putting it out there... 💜🌌
