If OG Anunoby signs somewhere else this Summer, that would mean that the Knicks gave up RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley for a guy who only played 1 month in the regular season with the Knicks, and 8 games in the playoffs. THAT would be a failure. However, the only silver lining is that it would free up more cap space to find worthy replacements in Free Agency.
Good point, this is potentially a win-win but for some reason I doubt Leon Rose son will make his pop look bad. There is likely some collusion involved, like a family dinner conversation (wink-wink)
@@knicksdigest - I’m fully aware of that. That’s why I wrote the word “IF”. And I only wrote the comment on an “IF” statement based on the topic you posted stating that there’s a possibility of OG Anunoby not signing with the Knicks this off-season. Obviously I believe that there’s a 99% chance he signs with the Knicks. But my comment on the video was regarding that 1% chance he does not sign with the Knicks.
If og wasn't going to sign with the knicks he would not have played game 7 against the pacers not fully healed ( maybe reinjuring himself) og loves playing in ny with his knicks brothers I'll tell you this he'll sign for 32 million a year for 4 years due to his past injuries only playing 72 games once in his career ihart will sign for about 16 million a yr.😮 for 3 years to stay in ny with his knicks brothers and help the team get other players.
OG already said he would take less money to stay in ny. That was over a month ago
Give him a bonus if he reaches a certain amount of games
OG is an excellent two-way player, but he can't stay healthy. I would try to sign him to an incentive laden contract.
Thank you.. My feelings exactly.

Brunson and Leon known each other for 20 years also so he'll be at the family dinner pressing them both to bring OG back

They unloaded RJs contract and IQ is a free agent this year. It's not as big a loss as people think. They have more money to shop around if OG leaves.
@knicksdigest If OG doesn't stay with Knicks, they will trade for Mikal Bridges to get a SF and form Villanova Quartet.
OG stayin in nyk 🗽🗽
Leon’s son put out this report so it wouldn’t look like tampering when OG signs.
OG doesn’t suit up hurt in game 7 to sign elsewhere
The core is staying put.
Anybody saying the Knicks shouldn't pay OG isn't a real Knicks fan.
He’s not leaving. Leon spent too much. Barrett and Quickley.
35 million if he can play a whole season. 30 million because he averages 50 games a season over the last 5 years.
He’s going back to Toronto. Masai will get it done.
Bro we cant

He's definitely not staying for less than 40. His max is 245/5 and he'll stay for less than that, but not in the 30's.
OG is signing with the Knicks or he wouldn’t have played game 7 with potentially rei-injuring himself. He’s not going anywhere
