What I notice that the starters can't compete with the athletic and quick teams like the rockets r hawks..they r 2 slow footeid..that y we need to put in the lineup some quick athletic players..like precious..Didier and chuma..how many times did trey young just blow by bridges last nite..he is 2 slow..I wonder when tibs going to wake up and se that his starters is not the right combination..

If tibs start precious and Kat.. we will b a better rebounding and defensive team..also let bridges and hart come off the bench..and give Didier r chuma the starting spot..that will give us defense and rebounding..plus athleticism..

If the Knicks want to get players, they should try to go after one of these guys: Wendell Carter, Jalen Duren, Collin Sexton, Kyle Kuzma, Nic Claxton, Caris LeVert or DeAndre Ayton. The Knicks could also find another option at center. His name is Ariel Hukporti. He can: rebound, block shots, finish on ally oops, dunk a bit, finish on pick n' rolls and give assists. He's perfect...if only Thibs would decide to play him.

It would depend on what you're looking for from him. If you're looking to be right about the negatives in his narrative then yeah you're right but I have seen some flashes of his better parts and as usual those are still pretty good. In the right system Simmons could shine. Nobody can say he's lost the court vision which is still elite. He plays at a pace that can help with being the slowest pace in the league and he can guard one through four. He can rebound which would have helped last night. Played to his strengths and he could help but if expected to be something he's not then that'll mess with his head and they will be blinded by wishful thinking than accepting his limitations and allowing him to thrive at what he does best. Imagine him guarding Trey last night.

If they can get him on the buyout market then yes they should for a couple of reasons. First he can guard all five positions and can do it well. Second with him coming off the bench he can run point and Deuce can play off ball so can Brunson. Third with him OG and Bridges on the court at the same time that could be so disruptive and last if it doesn't work out you really haven't lost anything. I think he'd be a steal if he's healthy.
