Mam I M the illigimate child, and can I get my ansectors property? Coz my grandfather has not wrote a will or anything on my father's name he gave that to the grandchildren bt my father is not named for anything can I get my ansectors property?
Hello Jayaji, I am only one legitimate child and there are 3 other illegitimate children. I have proven in civil court this fact. Illegitimate children and their mother had entered their name in all my father’s and ancestors properties. They could not prove valid marriage and I proved valid marriage. Judgement came and all the ancestral properties are divided in to 5 parts. Me, my mom and three illegitimate children. I find this injustice. Please advise. Thank you
Section 3 (j) hindu succession act says that illegitimate child only get right from mother ...I am very confused here and you sa father's property too can be given wht is correct
