Antman can be the savior, but you still need a squad. I think if anything it'll be the veteran guys like Steph, Jimmy Butler, etc. to be willing to do a coronation putting him in the position to be the closer for these games. Tatum will be trying to compete with Antman to be the best player and that'll cause chemistry issues But even with a great backcourt, our weakness is gonna be in the frontcourt. The NBAs best centers and PFs are gonna be non-USA players. We'll have to win with Curry-ball. Which is why I can understand why the old heads prefer basketball the way it used to be played.
Tatum and Ant gonna should be 2 go to guys on offense tbh. Get a Jimmy, Steph, KD, LeBron to fill out wing backcourt. You’re right about the front court. US bigs are weak rn. Unless they snag Embiid. But idk how he’d fare in international play. They let the bigs play and he relies a lot on fouls and cries a bunch. Also kind of a ball stopper. Bam is gonna be the main big probably
